I have had a business account for almost 4 years. I have seen them closing branches, fewer employees and customer service the worse I have seen. Will definitely change and go to smaller CU.

I had great service from the Teller Ana when I made my deposit, I have no complaints there. 5 stars for her! My one star review goes to the bald headed man that's a banker I believe? I asked him what the 6 month CD rate was and he pointed it out to me and said "it's a minimum of $10,000 though" and then turned away as if he was assuming I didn't meet that small requirement? He showed no interest in helping me further, so then I walked out. Looks like I'll be taking my money elsewhere after all these years with chase.

Said opens at 9am. Employees wondering around talking while it's 9:10 still. Then, I just wanted a cashier's check, it took them 20 minutes to tell me they couldn't do it.wasted 40 minutes of my time. Went down the street to the other Chase and they got it done in 2 minutes. Don't go to this bank they don't know what they're doing.

Bank needs serious attention worst experience ever!!! Branch Manager name of James is extremely rude to customers, I have no idea on how he got the job. He needs to be checked on because that is no way on how a person can talk to other people who are loyal customers!!

Terrible, my husband went into the branch on Monday to close our existing account we have had for years (10+) and had to wait was chastised telling him he needed to make an appointment. I need to go in an sign papers, I sent an -email two days ago to the account associated my husband worked with (which I gave him the name because I thought he was good) and still no response. I have called the branch three times and no answers. honestly really thinking about moving all of our business.

James Valesquez, branch manager, is an extremely rude customer service representative and should consider a different career. I was needing assistance with my accounts and had been waiting about 15 minutes which is not a big deal. There was also another lady waiting for assistance who arrived after me. James came out from the back area and asked if he could help me. I began to tell him what I needed when the teller said, "James it's the other lady". At that point he simply walked away from me while I was still explaining what I needed. He said nothing to me. Just walked away. Hard to believe he is a branch manager.

Pulled up to the window at the drive thru, presented a check that we just wanted to cash, he says, " I'll have that right out to you"...apx 5 mins later, my husband presses the call button and the says to the teller that he was just cashing a check, what's the hold up. The teller responds "We're busy" then I ask why the teller said "I'll have that right out to you. Chase Bank is NOT what it once was..... Totally lacking in customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. Avoid this branch at all costs. My wife went in to change her last name on the account, as we were just recently married. The teller asked her if she had any idea verifying her new last name, she did not but was able to provide a copy of the marriage certificate and her ID with her maiden name. The teller responded that they could not do it and my wife asked why there was difficulty doing this when she was able to successfully do this at Wells Fargo yesterday. The Teller responded back nastily “Wells Fargo has looser policies than us and that’s why they are going through financial issues right now.” A simple explanation of why the policy was in place would have sufficed.. We will be closing our Chase account and opening up a new one with Wells Fargo.

My wheel chair bound grandmother, myself, and my mom tried to cash a check. There was a two car wait and it wasn't moving. At all. My mom went into the bank, this is in over 100 degree weather mind you, and they had no tellers! The only two tellers they had were allegedly at the window of the drive in. I say allegedly because only one window was open. My grandmother, who wouldn't have been able to enter the bank alone, won't switch banks because her husband was a banker with Chase. Was. He is deceased and has been for several years and the bank won't take the time of day to so much as cash a check, yes, a normal check. I will never bank with Chase as long as I live. What if she needed the money for a nessesity? I realize this is a very long and maybe too detailed and seem to angry but it isn't.

Apparently the hours are temporarily changed but the website does not reflect that. I checked first before driving as fast as I could to get to chase before 6 only to rush up to the doors and find a paper taped to the front saying "sorry hours changed". It really needs to be reflected on the website. It's really super frustrating, especially now in this traffic, to fight to get here on time- -when I did my due diligence and checked first before even leaving.
