PNC Bank W Indian School Rd, Litchfield Park

I've spent 59 hours on the phone trying to get ahold of an agent because the branch couldn't do anything to unlock my account - how the heck am I going to be able to pay my car loan!!? Their customer service line kicks you off after 1 hour of holding, they don't have a secured messaging service - yet they recommend contacting them over Twitter? How is that even safe?

Tried to open an account over the phone they advised me to go into a branch. Went into a branch and they told me no one was there to help me open an account. Been banking with BBVA for 20 years. I guess the PNC take over signals my time to switch.

Save yourself time and don’t go with BBVA or PNC. Both are unreliable. They lock my account multiple times for nothing, to contact support good luck you’ll never hear from them- walk in? Nah they still won’t help. Go with chase banking.

I used them as my mortgage lender and it was a horrible experience! I was lied to multiple times by my loan officer Marina. I was told that I could refinance right away and when I called multiple loan companies they advised me I would have to wait at least 6 months by law. On top of that I was told I would have to pay off my car or defer my student loans if I wanted to get the house I chose. She said a loan deferment is easy and I could just call and explain that I was buying a home and they would give me a twelve month deferment letter. That was a LIE!!! I also closed late because the staff wasn't doing their job which could've resulted in me losing the house. I had to go to her office two days prior to my original closing date to babysit her and make sure that she was doing her job. I sat their for two hours. On my new closing date she called and told me that I should be approved to get my keys any minute now. LIE! My realtor called me shortly after and said BBVA was having "technical" difficulties and I might not be able to get my keys until Monday. I went down to the bank and babysat my loan officer once again after she ignored calls and texts. I would stay far away from this place if you are looking to get a mortgage loan. You will be very disappointed.

Bank itself is good, staff is awesome! Their atm really sucks. It takes so long to deposit checks. Most of the checks it can't read. Please go back to the envelope process, or get the same atm as desert schools federal credit union. 2018, still have same problem. Now atm just reboots. I have never had so much problem with any arm.

Even on a pandemic situation, they did great on the drive thru, clear and efficient!

The staff here is amazing, always helpful and polite. Truly great people to work with.
