Central Bank Wornall Rd, Kansas City

Went in to set up an account today. Ivan made it simple and quick set me up and sent me out with a smile

Some of the worst customer service I have had there in long time, new management is not customer friendly.

ATM is always out of cash, Had to go to drive through to withdraw some cash, took 15 minutes

Small bank that offers big customer service.

I never cease to be amazed at the wonderful job William and Luis do for us. Central Bank purchased our previous bank (Bank Liberty) so we were pulled into Central Bank automatically. However, it has been a delightful experience largely due to the manager at this location (William Anthony) and Luis Ramos. These guys are ON TOP of everything. Communications are replied to expediently, assistance is offered whenever needed and they are above and beyond professional. I even went so far as to open my 2nd business account there this week. VERY pleased. Thank you guys!

I started with Central Bank of the Midwest as a Commercial customer through my job. It wasn't long before I moved my personal accounts to the bank because of the Customer Service I was receiving. What a nice change to be appreciated and respected as a customer. Mark and his team treat every customer in this same friendly style. I have visited 3 other Central Bank of the Midwest locations and found them all to consistently give great Customer Service!

Wish I could have gave this bank no stars but that was not a option.. WARNING!!!!!!!!!! This bank should never be a option, not even your last option, no one should be that desperate. My personal opinion is this, go to MAZUMA, COMMUNITY AMERICA, NAVY FEDERAL CU, hell go to arvest, b of a, us bank etc, it really don’t matter just don’t use this bank or branch for none of your banking needs. FYI - I am not a disgruntle employee or customer either- CARRY ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited Central Bank on Wornall Road a few weeks after my husband and I had moved to Kansas City. We had been banking at Central bank of Warrensburg needed to switch our accounts. Mark was very helpful and the entire staff had great service. We are happy to bank with them.
