Capital has been good to us but don’t call them by phone to inquire. We’ve travelled from Corvallis three different times after phone calls, only to arrive to sorry but unfortunately we can’t take it. Don’t call cuz they don’t know.

So I really want to thank capital pawn for always being there for me anytime I’m a couple bucks short some pawnshops only see the prof they can make off of your items if you don’t pick them up I think capital pawn see is it more of a service to their customers for the short term loans which probably help out so many people always a kind face and they seem to remember me when I come in so thanks a lot guys can’t tell you how much I appreciate it

I have not been going to Capital Pawn lomg, however, my first time going was pretty stressful for me. My son was about to be deployed over seas. My phone was in jeapordy of being turned off for lack of payment. I explained the story and the owners were more than fair with the prices they offered me and needless to say... my phone stayed on. Now, several months later, my son has returned home and again going back overseas. I have had to pay just the interest on my property to keep it in pawn. Today on my visit to pay interest again, I found out I had read the date wrong. I was 3 DAYS OVERDUE! the owner not only DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE EXTRA 20% BUT DIDNT SELL MY PROPERTY! he would have been justified in doing so...but because of his very personable attitude and more than understanding heart, he hadn't. I was able to bring the son leaving overseas with me and he and another co-worker spent time talking to him and thanking him for his serving our Country. I could have cried! Amazing people! Amazing service and I STRONGLY reccommend anyone to come in and visit Capital Pawn before anywhere else! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! thank you guys!
