Always a pain when I come here. Ambassadors who listen? More like people who look annoyed to assist you. Then this location doesn't offer drive thru yet has them, horrible!

These people are ridiculously SLOW. I was the only one in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The peolke are nice but the service definitely needs work!

Do not open an account with Capital One. Basically their bank account can do nothing. Cannot wire or ACH. Totally waste your time. Better to move your money to Chase or BOA.

Terrible costumer services. So much time waiting and by the way I wrote my name and was marked done so if I don't go and ask when they will attend me I would be the whole day there 😠😠😠😠they just said it was an accident

Horrible service, 1 person working inside on a Friday evening. After 20 mins another employee shows up after the line gets too long. Empty offices. Avoid this place if you can

So i been coming to this branch for a while now to give my CC payments.....i went two weeks ago to pay my CC, i gave them my ID my CC and my payment in cash.... they told me they could not take my payment if i didnt have my SS card with my me...... first of all who carriers they SS with them....second i have multiple CC and when i had made payments never ask for SS.... and third they have my SS on file..... Bad service

Depositing money took nothing but 1 minute and I want to go up there to speak to someone and all the positive reviews help me narrow down the bank I want to be visiting.
