I go to this branch of the Bank of Texas for one reason, Rosemary. Rosemary is wonderful lady and had always been able to help me. I first met her when I walk in to get quarters for work and the amount surprised her. She is always nice, seem to be a in good mood and greet me friendly. I even wait on Rosemary over the other tellers, nothing again the other tellers, it just with Rosemary I know I will be take care correctly the first time.

Great Banking! And the live oak location is great! Love the different types of accounts they’re offering

My first impression of BOT was through Jesus Hernandez. Jesus set up a checking account with a debit card for me, and gave me paperwork to get my direct deposits switched from Direct Express (ugh!). I appreciate the fact that Jesus was patient and thorough, attending to all my concerns in a friendly and professional manner. If the rest of my contacts are going to go as smoothly and surely as this one, then BOT deserves my 5-star rating.

People at the branch are friendly. Corporate side not so much. I opened a Opportunity Checking account here (why I couldn't get a regular account is beyond me.) I dont owe any banks so idk. But about a week after opening the account and making a couple of transactions in the branch (no debit card yet) they decided to put a hold on my account preventing me from paying bills or getting my money, and even not being able to log onto the mobile app. So I called customer service and they explained that loss prevention put the hold on my account due to "account possibly being opened with a fake ID,) really!? So I called the lovely folks up in Tulsa to speak with the loss prevention personally. They stated that it was not due to the ID that it was due to something being reported by check systems as "possible identity fraud" again, seiously?! They allowed me to step into the branch with my "fake ID" to withdraw the remainder of my money so they could close my account. I took my money elsewhere where I am on a regular account and have no issues. Forgot to mention I have been with Wells Fargo the last 11 years but wanted a change. The people running BOK are a bunch of prejudice people. Painting me as a criminal and deflamating my character was not something I took lightly. I highly recommend you bank with anyone other than Bank of Texas or any of the BOK affiliates. They are definitely not trustworthy and very prejudice!! PS...I did investigate into what your higher ups claim. Got a copy of my chexsystems report and called Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. My identity was NOT compromised, again, your higher ups are prejudice, paint great citizens out to be criminals, and pick and choose who they want to do business with. I'm not bothered at all as I have my account elsewhere (they also don't charge me or nickel and dime me like Bank of Texas would have) so it is yalls loss, not mine. I just thought it was only fair to let the public know how your corporate people are and what the customer may run into.
We're so sorry to hear about your negative experience. It sounds like we may have incorrectly identified possible identity fraud associated with your personal information, causing your account to be flagged. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience that caused you. We do want to urge you to investigate your information with all three credit bureaus to ensure your identity has not been compromised.

I have been a customer since Bank of Texas was Swiss Avenue bank that was about 3 months after they opened. All these many years I have been a loyal customer and happy customer. I highly, highly recommend them.

Located conveniently on the corner of Live Oak and Peak where the buses 409 west to SW Medical Center and 81/82 intersect.

The best bank I’ve ever had. No monthly fee, no direct deposit required, minimum balance of $0.01, and no ridiculous fees. What more do you want really?

First off, I love bank of Texas and loved the old building at this location and love my main bank off northwest highway. This new location is terrible. The people are not friendly at all and dont know how to treat their customers. I'll go out of my way to avoid yt? his location from now on unfortunately.
