Capital One Bank New Hwy, Farmingdale

I normally don’t have to do any transactions at the bank because I do everything with my card..but yesterday and today I’ve had to go there for work and exchange money for singles..let me say as nervous as I was due to it being an odd request the team handled it well!! Kind, courteous, and changed the money for me pronto!! When I went back to the store I work for and told the manager how easy it was she was amazed too because her bank was rude to her. 10/10!! Makes me happy to be a capital one customer when they handle my odd requests.

If you want to withdraw money using the ATM don't waste your time because there's a 95% chance that the drive thru will be down and this week along I went there 3 time around noon and those time the ATM WITHDRAW was unavailable. Go inside nope no ATM and they only have just that one ATM barely functional oneoutside. If there's a line and you don't have time guess what you waste you gas and time because you will probably leave without being service. Today is the last time I going there.

I withdraw from the same branch every week they all know me and refused to let withdraw my money today because of expired driver license. My driver license has been expired for months due to the pandemic and it was never a problem before. Very poor service to do with no warning leave a regular customer with no money for shopping.

Wuack service! No ATM inside so you can't bring different bank account to the teller they just dont know so they send you to the outside DRIVE-thru ATM doesn't matter if its raining badly, hot or snowing. Oh by the way "I don't want to mention aloud how much I'm deposit so everyone can hear but they insist you have to say it thru the big glass they have. Service and kindness please!!!!!!

Capital One has become a very difficult bank to do business with in person. Branches are closing all the time. Two have been closed in my area recently. One was a building built by them only a few years ago. The building remains empty and deteriorating. The building is not far from a residential area. The other was rented in a strip mall. At least that one was rented to another business. It appears the bank is only interested in internet transactions.

Drive thru ATM never works every time I go is out of service, I waited for 5 minutes at the drive thru teller and the staff just completely ignored me.

The worst capital one I have ever been to. They are only open 8-4 and the one Atm is always out of service.

Love Capital One bank everything is high tech and fast

ATM broken once again. Local Branches closing left and right. Time to move my accounts elsewhere.
