I was standing in line waiting (forever) for the next window. phone rings. person hands it to the manager who is really loud and then hangs up. she then says loudly "how am I supposed to know your buried your wife. what you want me to do about it." that is cruel. beyond cruel. heartless. so in case you were wondering, yes they do talk about you when you hang up

Never gave permission for money to be withdrawn from my account. Was told if I was late making a credit line payment, I would only be charged a late fee. Who gave permission to pull from my account when the business day wasn't over yet? On 10-15-2020

Customer service isn't a big focus at this location. Employees are ready for and expecting a challenge from customers, possibly due to area? The male employee, Brad is the most professional. Would rather drive all the way to the Bullard location. Business wise, this is a payday advance that doesn't run a hard inquiry on your credit report when you borrow. First timers must have direct deposit and a month printout of the deposits from the bank to borrow. No direct deposit? Must bring in at least 2 months of bank statements.

An expensive place to cash a check. The other day I went by the office to see if they was opened (web site said they close at 9) they wasn't open. No signs saying what time business hours are. Nice employees though.

Received bad service from the mgr. Herself, who refused to give her name and employee # and called security and pd for nothing at all ... file complaint

The worst California check cashing store. Horrible service. Employees lie to customers. Refuse to do their jobs correctly. Also have to call corporate when I go into this branch. Beware

At the window and the lady answers the phone instead of saying hold she stays on the phone for about 13 minutes. After the call she then helps me....smh
