I Contacted the lender months prior to me purchasing my first home, Through the months of working with the team i was contacted on a weekly basis (my request) to see how i was going with the recommendations to improve my Credit score, answer any questions i had about the process and preparing for the next steps, From the start to the completion of the loan process i found everyone i encountered in the organization professional, knowledge and a pure delight to work with, i had a lot of simple to complex questions there was always someone on hand who was able to answer the questions and made me feel very at ease. Working with Bridgeview Bank on my mortgage refinance was the best of experiences...... EVERYONE was very professional and went WAY above and beyond. (especially Ruth Pacheco IL) with the IRS transcript mess!!! And everything else that happened in Austin Russell Irwin and Rebecca Chisholm need BIG credit for they both put up with me for 3 months and I KNOW how bad that was.
