BMO Harris Bank N Mulford Rd, Rockford

We have our NFP account with BMO and LOVE the staff at this branch. Every time we come through, they are kind, helpful and always have a smile. Their knowledge and communication of such information needed is top notch.

I have been a customer since 1997 when it was Harris. Lots have changed, but one thing remained constant ---- great customer care. I am saddened to read some of the negative comments. But I smile at them and they smile back. I use the drive through a lot, it is more convenient. The team behind the glass are great, i don't know their names but I know their faces. From the older employees to the newer one, black, white all shades of color - you have a great team. Thank you for your service!

Stopped here to cash a check was asked for two forms of ID I supplied and Illinois state drivers license and Illinois conceal carry both picture ID issued from the state and they would not cash a check. Staff is very unhelpful

Went here to get $25 in dollar coins for my nephew's birthday (he collects them) and was treated as if i asked for a piece of the moon. The lady acted as if i were a bumb and shouldn't even be there... will be leaving this bank as i have another... final straw after years of bs from these people. Good day!

Just some food for thought. If your website says that the drive up is open at 8:00a.m Monday through Friday, you might want to actually be open. BMO Harris branch on Mulford Rd. In Rockford, IL

Fees and more fees from this bank and less service available to its clients. You will have a hard time getting a local branch member on the phone. I would not recommend.

Kim is absolutely wonderful. One of the most helpful, and honest bankers that I have every worked with.

Customer service is garbage they have grumpy grandmas workin there guarding the cookie jar
