It appears by this review that this is the first of 10 projects where there was a miscommunication, and for that, I want to personally apologize. As I'm sure you already know, we maintain our mechanics lien rights as the supplier of record, not only to protect our interest in the project, but also yours. If payment to you is delayed over 120 days, it's in both of our interest to take action and to ensure you're paid for your hard-earned work. To address the people comment; I take that comment personally. People are the cornerstone of our business. They care deeply about the work they do and the subcontractors they support.
