From the very first phone call with her through closing on our house, she was professional, thorough, helpful, responsive, and kind. She and her team made the process so easy for us, got us a great rate, and they worked diligently for us to be able to close early. Our realtor also said Michelle was great to work with. I know that they have several clients but they always made me feel like I was their only one because they took so much time and care to each step of the process.
