    We called and asked what the advertised rates were for RV loans and they told us with our credit score and income we were in mid 2s. No money down. Awesome! Then we go in and they said ya with those scores and income your golden. We then told them not to open any accounts until we have settled the paperwork for the rv loan. The lady opened one anyways! Then the phone loan officer stated no rates are 5% and 15% down!!! Totally contradicting their advertised rates and the 2 other people we spoke to! We said wow so since we both have perfect scores and more than enough income and no debt what would qualify for the rate you advertised. The lady couldn’t answer. Now at this branch my husband is waiting for hours to close this stupid savings account the teller opened without our permission! Don’t do business with BECU!

    I have been with BECU for almost four years now, and while switching from a bank to a credit union has various pros/cons, Alex Spore has been 10/10 throughout my whole experience. I normally don't need to come into the office, but he has been quick to respond and extremely helpful anytime I need some banking assistance. Finding the right person is vital in your experience (for anything in life for that matter), but you won't have a bad BECU experience if you go to Alex for help. :)

    **Update. I received a call from a BECU team member. They were able to fix my issue. I'm on a buddy's checking account. Every time I need help it takes far longer than it should. Today I want to switch from eStatements to paper statement. Anticipated wait time 10 minutes, 15 minutes later I hung up. Here's an idea have a dedicated customer service team, that isn't helping walk up clients.

    Personally I love this BECU branch because not only do I live by this location I’ve always had excellent service and nothing but respect from all bank teller employees at this location. Sometimes you have to wait your tern for 10 or 15 minutes but that’s life sometimes. I will always keep my account with BECU instead of going to those other banks that just want to make money off of you to give to there share holders…

    My wife drove by this location while running some errands, and decided to see if she could deposit a check. Knowing that the ATMs tend to have trouble reading the dollar amount (which can delay transfer of funds) and that this was a larger deposit, she went in to see if there were teller services. We literally just moved to the area, so she was also just wanting to get some assistance from a human being. She was the only one in the bank, but the service rep seemed to be exasperated by my wife's presence. Before my wife could finish her first sentence, the rep cut her off and told her that "we don't have teller services here!" Fine. So my wife then attempted to ask a couple of other questions (again, we just moved here), but got cut off again and again. None of her questions were answered, as the rep seemed more interested in talking over my wife and telling her to "go somewhere else". Considering that a service rep's entire job consists of "service", this rep appears to either have missed the training for her position, or was perhaps actually trained to be rude and condescending. So my wife walked out and, not wanting to have the same experience with another BECU employee at another branch, used the ATM to deposit the check. Which, of course, failed to read the printed numbers of the amount, likely causing more delay in the funds transfer. My personal account is with Chase, my wife's is BECU. Only one of us routinely shares frustrating banking experiences with the other, and it's not me. So much for the "people helping people" slogan. We're switching her account to Chase.

    Sat in line for 30 minutes and got nowhere. They don’t have a proper system for walk ins like other banks do. For a bank that’s 2.8 billion in assets you’d think they would know how to handle basic things like a banking center. I went to the other becu. Hopefully they know what they’re doing.

    Waited over 40 minutes just to get a cashiers check. There should be someone who is available to help with quick transactions especially when we are telling you exactly what we need when checking in at the Kiosk. I would not have spent this much time at a BoA or Chase.

    Maybe its COVID. But I went in 3 times just to set up auto withdrawal to pay a car loan. (You'd think they'd be happy to take your money) i waited at least half hour, once 40 minutes and then they told me they needed proof I was owner of my key bank account which I brought in twice in two different forms. Then I called 1 800 number and was on lengthy hold and then explained my difficulty with no apologies. And more red tape, procedures and inflexibility with times just to get an appointment. Thought I was saving time calling and wasted just as much.

    i went in to open up a youth, checking and savings account with my mother; it was a very easy experience. Jesse, the gentlemen who help me, walked through all the steps and made me feel welcomed and informed. i highly recommend this Bank and this Becu specifically.
