His work ethic and level of professionalism not only left us fully confident in his abilities to find the right home, but also led to closing on a property that I truly believe would not have been possible had we used another realtor. My wife and I have purchased several times and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable process we've experienced. If you are working with a VA loan and want the best then look no further, Cyrus is your man. I went to many open houses and had multiple sellers agents tell me I was working with the best VA loan realtor in Tacoma, that's when I knew I had struck gold. Cyrus had my needs figured out day one, and knew exactly what I was looking for in a home almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable of the market in Tacoma and recommended the best home inspectors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He and his team of inspectors saved me from a couple money pits I had my eye on, and this kind of sage advice is priceless. Cyrus was great to work with and an all around awesome guy. I could not imagine working with another agent going any better, and will surely utilize his services in the future. Ultimately, buying a home is not like the TV shows, and it takes a team of experts that work hard to get you into something without being taken advantage of, especially in this market.

Cyrus is a professional far above reproach. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and incredibly diligent. He got us a showing on short notice, patiently helped us write our offer, and counseled us through the entire home buying/VA home loan process. His advice and insight on putting together an attractive offer proved correct - we got the house we had chosen! I can't even begin to thank Cyrus enough. He came highly recommended - deservedly so. Zero complaints - I can't imagine you'll find a better realtor in Pierce county.

UPDATE 10/2018 I had the honor of working with Cyrus again for the sale of my home. In 2012 Cyrus was my relator when looking for a waterfront property. He started showing us property quickly throughout the Tacoma and Bonney Lake area. Cyrus is intelligent and hard working. He caters to your pace. He was extremely knowledgeable in VA especially for being new to the game. Cyrus’ diligence and no quit attitude directly contributed to the purchase of my first home. It wasn’t an easy buy either! It was a short sale property that took over 9 months for their bank to agree and close on our offer. Cyrus kept positive and kept me up to date throughout the process. I’m sure behind the scenes it was a difficult process but Cyrus always had a smile on his face and was motivated to get the property we wanted. I couldn’t have done it without him! Fast forward 6 years later. I of course picked Cyrus to sell this home. This time everything changed. This was Cyrus 2.0. Six years of experience gave Cyrus a whole another level of realty. Cyrus was amazing in advising me in every aspect of the sale. He’s quick to respond and professional. Although, I somehow attract difficult purchases. But in less than 5 months and dealing with a double contingency, Cyrus was able to sell my home for almost double what I purchased it for in 2012. He has a professional demeanor and an excellent work ethic. Before he started showing us homes, we went out for dinner to get to know each other and find out what we were looking for in a home. We had a difficult requirement of a water front property with a limited budget. Immediately Cyrus began showing us homes around the Tacoma and Bonney Lake area. When we found a home that we liked, Cyrus quickly began to submit all the documents needed to close house as soon as he could. The house was a short sale so it was a lengthy process. The lenders and the city continually delayed the closing date and made it almost impossible to close the house. Though the process was long and at some points, difficult, Cyrus kept a positive attitude and updated us frequently. It was because of Cyrus’ hard work and stubbornness that we were able to close on the home. We are now proud owners of a lake front property on Bonney Lake. Cyrus understands the VA loans and process by heart. He has the ability to explain step by step to first time home buyers the process and confusing details of home buying. Cyrus did an amazing job helping my wife and I find our dream home. I was deployed to Kuwait and my wife was still in Kentucky at the time. Cyrus was patient and was able to provide video walkthroughs of the properties we were interested in. We couldn't have done it without him. Great job!
