    I'll tell you what, Taylor & Rebecca took great care of my needs at Tapco Credit Union. I had some issues in the beginning but between the two of these ladies they ironed out all the wrinkles. They were so awesome and so professional. A real pleasure to work with.

    I’ve been a TAPCO member for about 20 years. My son is also a member and has been since he was 12 yo. Staff greets us when we walk in, even if they don’t know our names, yet most of them do. Even when I go to a different branch, star is friendly and attentive. The rates for mortgage and auto are seldom beat by other organizations. When they are, I just let them know and give them an opportunity to match! I appreciate TAPCO and anticipate being a member for life.

    Accidentally missed a month on misc loan. Once I realized this mistake to my horror and went to pay my current month and well as the month I was behind I was taken aback as a friendly toned account manager transferred me to an "account specialist" with a threatening and hostile tone. I will not be doing any business with TAPCO after this loan is payed off. They made me very uncomfortable today.

    I was given free McDonald’s food by a nice person in the parking lot but she refused to take ketchup off the bun so I couldn’t eat it

    I recently refinanced my mortgage through Tapco. I was told on multiple ocassions by the loan officer that I worked with, that Tapco does NOT sell their loans. She stated that I would always be making my payment to Tapco and it would not change for the life of the loan and that this was a great benefit to going through Tapco. I believed her. When I signed my documents, the loan had already been sold. Very dishonest and disappointing.

    Worst bank for car loans. They send payment stubs the day its due so sending payment is a week late. Switching to online payment is a pain and got tired of having to constantly call to try to get them to fix their mistakes.

    I'll be closing my account after ten years and multiple loans. Tapco operates more and more like a bank, and less like a credit union; management staff is not willing to work with their customers. Plus, they lag noticeably in tech, whether it's their website, or the app that never works. My other credit union takes much better care of me, and their app and their webpage are far more user-friendly. It's sad to see what was once a great credit union deteriorate (service-wise) as much as Tapco has.

    It's awesome to know when you change credit unions because you purchased another vehicle they like to say F you and charge an extra payment on your vehicle and pretend "oh your dealership didn't pay us yet" even know damm well when I called the second time they said oh ya we got the money 30 minutes ago. Which pisses me off because it was 3 weeks and they still charged me on my old vehicle. Thus company screwed me out of 200 dollars and ya I'm pissed. They won't give me my money back screw this place

    I've been a Tapco member for about 20years, my parents started the account for me and also paid off their mortgage with Tapco. I hate big banks and have always considered credit unions a more community-friendly alternative. Well, today I found out just how much Tapco valued me as a member... I got a statement in the mail showing a deduction of $10 from my account for "inactivity" (isn't that what a savings account is for...saving?). When I asked for this bogus charge to reversed the manager not only refused to reimburse me my own money but charged me an additional $5 for the current month of inactivity past the year's anniversary. I told the manager I would rather close the account than have to worry about my money being safe from the bank, to which both manager and teller did not bat one eye... I guess $15 is all Tapco's reputation is worth, they would rather have that than keep a lifetime member. Good riddance!
