Bank of Texas Chimney Rock Rd, Houston

Very bad. I went on Thursday and did a domestic wire at 1 pm. The fund didn't send out that day or next day. The lady didn't say anything. I lost a business deal because seller thinks I don't have fund available. Just terrible.

I am most pleased with this bank. I have been a customer since the building was under construction. A very long time. Everyone who has worked there for all these years have been friendly, efficient, helpful in every way possible.

All the tellers and banking officers made me feel very welcomed. Even though I didn't qualify for a regular checking account I was still able to open a second chance checking. Anyone looking to build a banking relationship with a good bank I'd suggest Bank of Texas.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable facility. I was greeted right away, I did not have an appointment, however, I never spent a minute waiting, I was taken right away to open an account. Norma made it easy to navigate the process and choose the right account for our nonprofit. I will absolutely go back to this location, although Bank of Texas in general has been amazing in the years we’ve had a personal account there, this made it very easy for us to choose them for our business needs as well.

I've been using the Chimney Rock Bank of Texas branch more than 10 years. Most, maybe all, banks will take deposits and cash checks. Bank of Texas does that. They have a great bill pay feature that mails your payments, free, and keeps records if you need to review payments. I find customer service to be friendly and helpful. Recently I needed some foreign currency. Got it the next day before 10:30am for $15 FedX charge. No telling how many times I have used their, free, notary service. Also this branch's floor is OPEN. No armed guards in your face.The staff is not hidden away in a room or cubical. A great, friendly neighborhood bank!

The ladies that work Saturday are horrible Don’t acknowledge you when you walk in Give you attitude when you ask questions …. Horrible experience

Don't know how these banks run, very unprofessional, there are 6 desks plus 6 tellers and only 1 or max 2 people working at any given time. No matter what you come here for expect to spend atleast 20 to 30 mins. Thank god I closed my account.

Great bank, great bankers, you are in good hands with Bank of Texas, especially at Tanglewood branch.
