    I purchased a home mortgage 7 years ago from one of their brands - Bank of Texas. For all these years we have exclusively seen only a very poor customer service - 90% of the time rude, incompetent, not knowing the job at all employes, apparently cheeply paid. I would not recommend this bank and this lender to anyone. I have many bank accounts with other banking institutions. This is the only bank so far that I know of where customers can't speak to a supervisor to address concerns. They tell you that a supervisor would call you later. This doesn't happen most of the time. If it happens by chance, the so called supervisor would try just once, if you can't pick up the phone because you are at work, they don't leave a voice mail, no name, no text, no call back number. It is unbelievable that such service can exist in the 21st century, but it is a fact. Poor, poor, poor, ineffective, impolite, extremely illiterate.

    I've been long time BOK customer, that is why this is so disheartening. Today I advised my girlfriend who needed a checking account for online banking to come to your Yale branch. She walked in with cash in hand but was turned away because she did not have an appointment. I was shocked. I have never needed an appointment for a checking account before. Well we needed to make the deposit and could not wait so we drove down the street to Arvest. Walked in the same way and left with a new checking account in less than 20min. Sorry BOK, I tried.

    "We have the equipment but it's not hooked up." Was disappointed to hear this when I went in to get a new card printed. I understand things break but don't understand the hold up here. At least the primary teller who was helping apologized politely

    Everyone is extremely nice at this branch, but Alex goes above and beyond for us. We had a concerning charge matter from an outside vendor and he took care of us immediately, as well as a couple of other banking issues we needed to take care of, we didn't have an appointment at that time. Being retired from a customer service field it is appreciated when Alex is so courteous, attentive, and such a great asset, and he makes it enjoyable for us to do our banking needs at this BOK branch.     I've been with Bank of Oklahoma for almost 20 years. Every person they hire are always perfectly professional and friendly. Also they have many ways to conduct business for each type of customer. Drive thru, office hours, and ARM deposit. BoK is very great! 5 stars!
