They are not worried about helping people. I Sat in the drive for 30 minutes, never got helped. I even pushed the call button told the guy with braces i just wanted a withdrawal and after 2 cars that was there after me had already drove off, I pushed the call button again and after 10 more minutes no one came on so I left too.

Had a cash deposit with a small amount of different bills. Took over 10 minutes. 4 people in there milling around then 1 comes to the window again and asks the same question as the first that took our deposit. When we inquired about why it's taking so long we were informed there is only 1 teller and they are doing to best they can. Really a total of 5 people in there and we can't even make a cash deposit. This is why we closed most of our accounts and went to Banc First.

Horrifically slow service, additional fees charged without prior notice, harassment by requiring originally provided documents to be reproduced to close an account-obtain back ones own money. Waited over an hr just to withdraw our own money.

My mother went to the Vandalia drive-thru today around 2:15pm to make a deposit. There were over a dozen cars in the drive thru..... after 52 minutes she was able to make a deposit. There is no excuse for this lack of timely service, which happens more and more. Very disappointing.

Tellers & managers are very very helpful & nice. But the lines since March are just awful. I have had to wait 5/10/20 minutes to deposit money. Right now there are 15 +cars in the Drive throughs. It is hard to spend my working hours waiting in your lines. Even with a good connection for my cell phone. Arvest you can do better than this.

I dont think I'm going to bank here much longer. They are the SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER. You can guarantee you will be in the drive through for an hour. Their bank tellers all seem like it's their 1st day on the jo bbn. Slowest and worst ever.

Opened up account today for my son lady name Mariah Selling man she rocks. Nice sweet explained everything made eye contact the whole time. No attitude, not rude, explained every piece of information on every paper. Made us feel right at home I even had a towel hanging out my back pocket and she still did her job all the while doing it with a smile. Kudos your smile really made my day cause I really needed it made me forget all about my dad dying of Cancer you are great at your Job and thank you I will be banking here all the time even if I move to moon lol i will always remember this day.

Not enough bankers. Just waited on a banker for 45 mins just to add someone to my account. I had to leave because the manager didn’t get from lunch in time. Don’t go especially around lunch. My advice: close your account and transfer to a credit union. They are much better to work with
