I got locked out of my account and phoned in. I was on hold. During that time I: emptied the dishwasher, washed all the dishes, made two kinds of salad (tuna mac + chipotle vegetable), cooked falafel, washed all my windows, went to the bathroom, took the dog outside, took out the trash, reorganized a cabinet, and still on hold 2 hours later, while a voice helpfully told me I could access my mortgage account online. Um, no....no I can't. Finally just gave up.

I have a personal account and a mortgage account with Bank of Oklahoma. I debited my personal account to send the payment to pay my mortgage on 3-7. It was not received until 3-18 which was two days late forcing me to pay a late payment fee. The post office does not take eleven days to transfer the check. This happened before. Why? Have been on hold for less than 14 minutes. I hung up.

I have been trying to speak to someone about my mortgage for weeks. Do not bother going to any branches or trying to call them. No one knows how to do anything and if you try to call them you will sit on the phone for hours and they will never answer. Going to go to another bank after 20 years( always paid on time) and refinance my loan with someone who cares!!!!!

I cannot believe some of these negative comments. I have both banked with and have had a mortgage through BOK since 2005. I have sold and repurchased a home and have refinanced with BOK. Sometimes your on hold a while with customer service but that's with any major corporation. I mean you are not their only client believe it or not. I've always received excellent customer service. And BOK does NOT sell off their mortgage loans so not even sure what that one comment was about. I highly recommend BOK.

They have very poor customer service when it comes to information regarding a payoff that they rejected. I refinanced my mortgage with another company and they rejected the payoff and didn't inform me until after the account went 30 days past due and they put it on my credit report and knocked my score down 150 points. When I asked the to fix it they told me they couldn't because they were reporting correctly due to the account went 30 days past due. Which I did nothing wrong they don't inform their customers when they don't accept a payoff

Sat on hold for 51 minutes. They finally answered with zero acknowledgment or apology and just told me to wait for a letter in the mail. What a terrible business to be forced to work with. Stay away if you can.

We got our mortgage with BOK back in 2016 (had some problems but nothing that they didn't resolve). However, as of 07/30/2020, we received a letter stating that they sold our mortgage to an out of state company and it would be effective 08/03. I realize that this is legal. However, what about a loyalty (or heads up) before selling our mortgage during covid BOK. Easy come, easy go I guess! Not nice BOK CEO's.

I purchased my first home with BOK four years ago and had no problems with them. I have never had any issues during the four years of making payments. I worked with Karen Heston and she is awesome! She returns calls and emails very timely and is a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed working with Karen so much that I am using her again currently when purchasing another home. Karen is great. I highly recommend her.

I got my first mortgage, and have since done two re-fi with BOK and Julie Haddock. She is the best, they made it as easy as possible for me. Everything was electronic the last time too; which was great.

I have one star only because they wouldn't allow me to give them zero. This bank is an absolute joke when it comes to mortgages. The customer service has no idea what they're talking about. This bank completely stole a whole months mortgage payment from me, even though I provided bank statements and documentation proving I had made the payment. I don't have tons of money so that one month put me behind for a while, which also in turn has ruined my credit score. Now they are telling me they didn't receive some insurance payments made and that my payment has increased almost $2000, which I have never received any notifications for. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again when I am finally able to withdraw from their services.
