    Bank of America has turned into the Comcast of Banks. Won't help customers without an appointment, which can be several days out. I made one and sat there for over an hour while they ran back and forth and made calls and ultimately they could not help me. They needed to have their legal team review the estate paperwork and they claimed they would contact me within 5 days, at which point I would have to make another appointment to come back (come back!?!) to sign a SIGNATURE CARD to open my account (???why?) 11 days later, they still have not called me and I've called them at least 60 times (yes, my phone counted). No one ever answers. Making it impossible to reach a human that can actually help you, making the call center menu impossible to penetrate and generally making all banking with them a terrible experience and this branch is no exception. I've closed all my accounts with them, (yet they still thank me when I call because I've been a customer since 1998) I've never seen a company's customer service deteriorate quite so quickly.

    Excellent customer service, my wife and I were out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone at this branch right from the security officer to the floor manager to the relationship manager do their job perfectly. So much better than other BOA branches! I would highly recommend to take an appointment from your mobile app for your work at the bank.

    The worst! They don’t answer their phones, don’t open their drive thru lane. Bank somewhere else if you ever need any service.

    I am a customer for bank since 5 years now. I had got the notary done in Nov 2 for my sons document at this center without any problem at all. In May 2016, I went for notary of my documents. I was seated and asked to sign the notary logbook (new process) and then denied notary stating the reason "BoFA employees are not supposed to do notary during normal working hours". I explained that I already got notary done few months back, still denied. Complete waste of time, their online website doesnt show any such limitations. This is not how you treat customers.

    I had tried to call the Greenbelt Branch on Ora Glen several times, but they never ever pick up the phone. I do a lot of business in Greenbelt so I wanted to use this branch since I am on that side of town often. I ended up calling this branch as I do not live that far from it and indeed, it was a tale of two cities. The phone was answered which nearly shocked me. The lady I spoke to was professional and patience. She outlined my options concerning the issues I was trying to resolve and while acting professional and focused, she did not appear to be rushing me away. Four Stars based upon the phone call, reserving judgment on five stars after I go in this afternoon to attempt to accomplish my goals.

    Valerie, has no concept of customer service, I have never been treated so rudely. Every time I go to make a deposit she has no manners. I don't think she is a good face to represent the business line.

    The worst Customer service ever in a bank were the employees give you lip for asking if they can open another window Monday at noon 2 tellers about 30 people lane goes out the door and the response I get is that "now everything is doing either online or through the ATM machine so if you like it you can go outside and do it or you just have to wait in line like the rest of the people" Thanks God I will never open a bank account with Bank of America worst banking ever this bank never has a teller available 7 windows 2 tellers on a Monday at noon no branch managers to respond to complaints AND CHARGE FOR CASHING A CHECK FROM THEIR OWN BANK WOW

    I went to obtain information about refinancing and some unprofessional lady treated me like an ignorant customer. I have been a customer for many years and have never seen such repugnant person. Hope I'll never go there again.

    Bad customer service, plus drive thru hardly open and no info regarding why. They should close this location or rehire new staff that actually wants to work.
