    At this particular branch, They have tons of staff for their customer base. All are friendly and extremely well dressed but it seems this is to compensate for their total inability to do things efficiently. The Newton Centre location is far more efficient. Simple transactions like picking up foreign currency, visiting the safe deposit box, etc. seems to be a major production for the staff here.

    Met friendly staff Mena yesterday. Booked an appointment on Monday evening for Thursday afternoon. Did not wait long before she met me and spent a full hour going through my options for account opening, instructions to make deposits and how to improve credit for housing loan. Provided her contact for questions in the future. Really pleasant experience for a new resident like me.

    I am really satisfied with their quick services. I was so worried about changing my bank to BofA, but they changed my mind totally. I got really good first impression from the guy in the front. Unfortunately, I don't know his name, really thanks to him helping us real quick. And Special thanks to >>>*Sude Jenny Velance*<<< she is the best. She helped us a lot.     I have been the Bank of America customer for more than 22 years. I must share my most recent awful experience at Bank of America located at 1319 Beacon St. Brookline. To close a small safe deposit box, I had to make three trips and spent more than three hours. Why? Reason 1: they were too busy to answer my call on Fridays and too busy to help me on Saturday, and I must make an appt. Reason 2: I made an appointment and showed; the system was down for more than 40 minutes, I had to leave. Reason 3: I made another appointment on another day; I showed up again and they are too busy to do their own banking and have no time to take care of my business. The manager’s name is Chris. He asked his staff to let me wait there in the office all by myself and told me he was looking for my contract. Then I found out that Chris was doing his own banking business with the bank teller when I caught them lied to me. The other banker told me it only takes a few minutes to close the box. But Chris and his staff deliberately made me waited for more than 50 minutes just because I complained that this was my third trip to get there and tried to close a small safe deposit box. I wish I could give a negative feedback. They don't deserve one star. I would never go back to that place again!!! Will transfer everything including investment to another financial institution which treats people with respect.

    Beautiful bank with the high ceiling on the inside. Very good customer service, too. They do need to offer 50 dollar bill denominations in their drive thru ATM. The jump from 20 dollar bill denominations to 100 dollar bill denominations is far, far too great and a big inconvenience. It would be nice if they would offer that 50 dollar bill option at their drive thru ATM. I hope someone from their branch office reads this and does something about my request. I am sure I am not the only person who would like the 50 dollar bill option at their drive thru ATM. Thank you BOA.

    Called to ask about coin availability and immediately got some unnecessarily snappy responses from the bank associate. Only a two minute call but far from the best customer service I’ve experienced.

    This is an absolutely horrible bank. There are endless firewalls to get through on the phone in order to obtain any kind of service- telephone contact is absolutely hopeless. Personal assistance at the bank is available only within extremely limited hours that are inconvenient for any normal working person. The bank account managers are friendly people, but they are robotic in their work, rarely exercising reason and extremely poor at problem solving, often sending the hapless customer in circles that can last for days or weeks. Working with Bank of America is among the most grotesque experiences of my everyday existence.

    In past, I had to wait more than 30 minute even with the appointment. But I guess it's fine. But last time, I asked a question to an employee, Samragnee Chakraborty, and she was rude and answered me mockingly.
