    My name is Sarah Freeman, and I'm one of your happy customers. I live in Oklahoma but bought a Passat from your dealership this past November. I had researched Passats for nearly a year before I actually purchased one. I was in contact with the local VW dealership in Oklahoma for months before I finally walked into their dealership. I test drove a few Passats, but they didn't have the TDI SE in the color I wanted. Since they didn't have the one I wanted, they tried to sell me something from their lot from a Jetta to a non-TDI Passat. The salesman also tried to give me reasons why I didn't need a TDI if I'm only doing in-town driving. I wasn't satisfied with their prices anyway. I left the dealership not only without purchasing a Passat, but felt frustrated by the lack of assertiveness that they would find the car I wanted right away, and that they weren't listening to what I wanted even though the manager assured me that they would find the car I wanted. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth about car dealerships and took the fun out of buying a car. When I got home, I researched online for a better price with the features and color I wanted, and found exactly what I wanted at Car Gurus. The car was from your dealership. Just to verify that the price quoted was correct, I emailed your dealership that Saturday. I was surprised to receive a phone call on Monday morning from your internet salesman, Randall Melvin. He informed me that the quoted price wasn't a bait and switch trick, but the actual price. He was informative, personable, and polite. He never pressured me to buy. Meanwhile, I still hadn't heard from the local dealership. The next morning, Randall called me back to see if I had heard from the local dealership -- "no, I haven't." Then I asked him how feasible it would be to have the car transported here. He looked up some information and long story short, I ended up buying a car through him. I couldn't have been more pleased with Randall's excellent customer service and diligence as he patiently guided me through this car-buying process. Even though it's more difficult to buy online, he made it as easy as possible. I was also impressed by Gabe Walman who helped me through financing. Jake Cardwell helped me once I received the car to understand the features and how to use them. He even followed up with me a few months later to verify that all was going well, and if I had any questions about the car. WOW, that's going above and beyond. Randall also followed up after I purchased the car to reassure me that I will always be their customer. He wanted to make sure I was still pleased and if I had any questions. I was so impressed to know that providing excellent customer service is priority at your dealership. They didn't just "drop" me once I bought the car, but they followed up to make sure I was well taken care of. I'd recommend your dealership to anyone because not only was the quoted price of my car very competitive and fair, but the whole process was actually pleasurable and relaxed. They removed all the stress, haggling, and negativity that can sometimes occur in the car-buying process. Overall, I felt as though I joined your Heritage family.

    We worked with Tom Robinson. Everyone at the dealership shows all customers respect and make you feel welcome. We needed a new car and first we went to Kia, they were terrible and used millions of excuses to deny us, but when we went to Heritage, they treated us great and we got approved for 2 cars, not just one. We really needed two cars because both my husband and I work, our Tahoe wasn't doing us anymore good so we traded her in, I got a white Jetta, he got a grey one and we absolutely love our cars and everytime we go to the dealership for anything, they remember us by name, including our 3 year old daughter's name. Thank you Heritage, you guys are awesome!!!

    Had a wonderful time here on a Monday holiday. Setup an appointment online a couple days before for my father and was told to see John DeMartino at 10am that Monday morning. Arrived right on time and had to wait for John, but once he wrapped up his phonecall he greeted myself and my parents and was very apologetic for being only a little late. John is a good guy. Easy conversation and is truly attentive to what your individual needs are and seeing them come true. Never felt like a hard sell. It always felt like this guy is going to looking out for my best interests. We found a wonderful 2018 VW Passat and John saw us through along with help from the great finance guy Marcus, who also went above and beyond. Also - John went into his own pocket to fill the gas tank. Which we were blown away by. Thanks John!

    After years of dealing with some people who seemed like their mission was to weasel me out of money, I found a VW Sportswagen at Heritage. I reached out to them and Ed was extremely prompt, kind and responsive to every one of my e-mails. When I came to meet him, he was engaging and not at all pushy in the sale. He asked me about my family, my wife and my interests and needs. Ed was empathetic, which is honestly not a trait that I usually experience in car buying. He knew where we were as a family and he wanted us to get the best deal on our vehicle. On top of that, he was extremely patient with the fact that I was attempting to purchase a car while my 4 and 1/2-month-old stood on his desk and went through her daily routine. Ed made the effort and his genuineness showed throughout the thorough process of explaining the details of the vehicle. My favorite part was the Ed was apologetic as we went back and forth with the manager in the negotiation process. I feel like he saw himself in our position and wanted us to get the best choice for our family. Ed worked with me throughout the process and walked me through the steps I would experience before they happened. He was professional, informative and understanding of what it's like to spend a day at a car dealership. After the purchase, Ed was incredibly thankful for our time with him and genuine in his interactions with me. He took the time a few days later to give me a call, thank us again for our time and also to wish my wife a happy birthday. I've received auto-e-mails in the past but never a personal phone call. Ed focused on the relationship with us and for that, we discovered a dealership and sales person we trust.     I bought my 1st VW GTI, and I absolutely love it. But most of all the customer service that was provided by Mitchell Giller was more than what I could all for. He did everything he could to assure I was happy with my purchase. Not to mention he followed up with a few days later to see how I was liking my new car and wanted to make sure I was happy with it.     Buying the car wasn’t that bad. But I’m at my first service appointment for an oil change. There’s hardly good direction on where to actually go for service. So I wasted about 20 mins and hauled two kids in and out of my car, twice. The seats in the waiting room are nasty. The floor is nasty. The bathrooms are nasty. Trash is over flowing in the waiting room. Oh and an oil change is going to take 75-90 mins. Per the service guy “we’re not the fastest”. Yay because that’s what I want to hear, when an oil change can be done in 15 minutes. If all my service experiences are anything like this, I will never buy from Heritage again.
