The teller today is very rude and seems annoyed that i am withdrawing my money! I always go to the wood avenue branch and they are way too nice and pleasant to deal with!! Kudos to the wood avenue branch! Never will i ever go back to the Parsonage branch! If you guys don't have any plan to teach your teller to be nice and approachable might as well just close the branch! I don't have a problem driving and extra mile if i know i will be treated right! I visited today 4/25 around 1130 am, there's no customer and yet she is still annoyed

Hands down the worst Bank of America in the world. Always has like 8 people working, but only one teller, and a line out the door. Avoid the branch at all costs. Edit: To clarify, I am making business deposits which must be done by teller. Stop wasting time replying to online comments, and spend more time figuring out staffing.
We appreciate you coming in. You may be able to save time by using an ATM or by using our online banking or mobile app. Signing up for the mobile app is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/

Pathetic service waiting for 15 minutes 2 Employees only in the branch playing on there computers instead of helping customers!

I was in urgent need of certified checks. Going by reviews I was skeptical to go there. But I had the best experience. I was in and out in 15 mins with no hassle.
Excellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client. ^mark

Patricia Coy was highly unprofessional as she approached another man waiting in line asking if he needed any assistance with his transaction and completely disregarding I was even in line. I felt wildly discriminated against and uncomfortable. Wait time at this branch is always absurd. Always an unpleasant visit.

I want to be begin by stating that the tellers and employees in this branch have always been nothing but courteous. My issue with this location, and more likely just with Bank of America, is that the staffing decisions here lead to some very frustrating experiences. Often, I walk into the lobby to a significant line -- maybe four or five customers queued up and usually one more being helped. Sometimes there is a second teller, but not often. Occasionally a second will open up if the line continues to grow. My main gripe is that the windows almost always seem understaffed. I usually see a manager floating around and greeting customers, and typically one or two employees trying to sell products at nearby desks. This staffing pattern, to me, suggests that Bank of America would rather focus on its bottom line by operating with a skeleton crew, while also prioritizing upsales and new accounts over existing customers. A little effort to reduce wait times would go a long way. At the time of this review, Bank of America reported $7.5 billion in net income last quarter. It's a shame they don't do more to service the customers responsible for that success. A few months ago, my frustration with Bank of America prompted me to close my savings account there and move all of that money into a high-yield savings account with an online bank. Every time I walk into a Bank of America lobby, I feel great about that decision. (And it's nice to generate real interest in a savings account, not the pennies BoA doles out with its absurdly low rates.)

Worst place. Manager Patricia Coy was not busy at all and made us wait 40 mins for just getting statement. If you have lot of time than go to this branch.

Dimple put a great big smile on my faced today. She accomplished in one day what people at another location still hadn't succeeded to do since July. The people were all very friendly. I have now chosen this bank as my bank.

Friendliest people, but tremendously understaffed. Not their fault, I'm sure corporate won't approve more teller hours, but makes for a decent line at all times
