Person on the deposit desk not helpful. I showed my id and he said that i can’t do anything by picture . I can’t cary my documents with me everytime and i done it with picture before . He just told me to wait for another person. And he start to do another stuff. Just take too much time to do something and i was late for work. You need to find good worker for customers. And then when he finished his work he called me again to help and he was kind of angry . I don’t recommend anyone to come to this bank again . This Brunch is not helpful for customers. Still i am waiting and still didn’t tell me that he can help or not!

I have to agree with what others are saying about the customer service at this location. The supervisor named Krinal Shah calls me and gives me 2-3 days to open an account otherwise my safe will get drilled. I am like I work full time and am leaving for overseas trip in 3 days, I cannot drop everything and come there, why can't you just wait for few days. She got rude and unprofessional over the phone, barely let me speak, I wanted to give her the option of having my sister come and open the account (who is also on the safe deposit) but oh well, only if she would listen to me. This instance in particular made me feel that she was discriminating me. I have been going to this branch since 2002, I used to work there and the customer service was far better then. Sometimes for one employee the entire branch has to suffer, which is idiotic.

I make deposits via the drive-in/window all the time but I have been dreading it for a long time. But today, after waiting 10 minutes just to make a deposit (I was the only car!!!), I just had to complain to the manager. My mistake! Manager here is new and very, very young! Instead of explaining why his employees is so slow, he tells me I should use my debit card to make deposits via the ATM machine in the lobby. So instead of taking advantage of the drive-in window, I now should park my car, walk all the way to the lobby, use the ATM machine, and than walk back to the car. This is customer service? And why does it take 10 minutes to deposit one check and few $20 bills again? Again, I was the only car. Google should give options for negative stars.

Business account? They do not know a thing, will waste your time. I tried to explain them, they just wouldn't get it. Then my CPA tried, to no avail though. Better go elsewhere. It was a breeze to open in bank of America. I also opened another in DCU, it was online.

Third time in a row they screwed up wires and cost me thousands of dollars. Today I went in at 12pm. Needed money moved by 4pm, in 25 years of doing wires the avg is 35 minutes. I called at 2pm asking for a Fed reference # and Mgr. said she was just submitting it now. 2 hours later! It's now 3:30pm they are claiming their systems are down. Last wire a few months ago took DAYS because she messed up an acct #. Lazy, incompetent staff and mngmt obviously doesn't hold anyone accountable. RUN from this institution! One day I will get smart and realize the hassle it'll take to disconnect from what was originally a great bank in Commerce , will be well worth it.

This TD Bank branch has Stellar Stellar Stellar customer service. TD Bank truly sets the bar for what is fantastic service. Shreya at this branch was very helpful in getting what I needed in a timely fashion. This branch is open 7 days a week and is open late. It has an ATM that's 24 hours and a drive-thru. the lines are really long here and there are always at least two people serving the counters.

The atm never let's me deposit cash, it's like a 1/10 chance at this point

This is the worst td bank full of guzrati indians who are very communanal and narrow-minded indians in USA who never take care for any other people like Christians or Muslims.Management should take care of this.

This td bank needs a drive thru atm machine

Brach hours are not as listed on front door. Friday they closed before 6 pm even though sign says 7 pm
