Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Park Ave, Bloomfield

Akan helped me out. I was in at 9am and was taken care of by 904am. He really listened to my concerns and helped me out quickly. Appreciate that because I had to be somewhere right after. I've never really had an issue with this bank location. The staff are professional and friendly and seem to want to resolve your issues. I also didn't realize we can make appts online, so I really appreciate that they've always helped me as a walk in. They should advertise making appts online though on their door or something so people are aware. Also some of the atms don't work quite often which is an inconvenience. So going forward, I would like to see the equipment/tools working more times than not

Customer Service: Almost without exception, they are incredibly non-professional. Each time I go there, I feel that I'm being rushed away from the desk and I feel like I'm not welcome. Branch Hours: For a large bank, only being open until 4:00 is laughable. Shouldn't they have a later shift all hours of the week? I feel kind of ashamed that I must drive to Granby because I can't get out of work in order to make large business deposits. Very frustrating.

I have never had issues with other Bank of America staffs from the other branches, but my wife had a horrible experience with one of the tellers (KEISHA, BLOOMFIELD LOCATION today - 06/01/2018) who actually called my wife rude for telling her the amount she wanted. THIS TELLER SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF THE COUNTER AND RETRAINED. Her customer's service and etiquette with my wife was below zero and should be taken care of.

Absolutely worst bank ever. I have never seen a dysfunctional bank as dysfunctional as bank of america. Avoid them at all costs and if you have bank accounts with them, take your money and run. I give this company a 1 star but a -5 altogethet.

The most insane wait times I've experienced in a bank. There's 5 computers available yet they have 1 teller working always

Im a student. I have two accounts. BoA and Chase as i am from Nyc. BoA says i have no fee due to being a student, but i overdraft twice. I have direct deposit which goes to Chase Bank back home in NYC. I put money in BoA from Chase as i see fit. Plus open until four is plain ridiculous

Excellent service every time I visit. I book my appointment on line and never have to wait when I arrive. The staff are friendly and helpful and do everything they can to ensure you accomplish what you came there for.

Horrible bank hours ... BOA has 1970s bank hours in a 21st century world! Ridiculous. People work .... working people need banks with hours that work for them. At least stay open late ONE weekday evening.

slow! not because they were busy just turtle like operation. 7 people working and one teller. literally standing for 15 minutes in line and it’s not even busy.

I called to have a transaction cancelled because money was being taken from me that I didn’t approve of. They told me that there was nothing they can do. I called the Bank of America in Windsor and I wish I started there. Terrible service.
