Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Pacific Hwy, Des Moines

Refuse to help me and treat me as an individual, did not refund me for their mistakes lost over $1200 dollars in one day. Even after showing screenshots, transactions with the number of each transaction and a 3 and half hour phone call where they deleted the transaction that needed to be refunded. No where else but king county have I had this much financial problems

I had an issue receiving my checks, so I stopped back in and received great service and help from the two ladies working there at the time, I believe one was named Linda- she was great and even sped up the process for getting my reprints to me quicker. I never leave reviews but felt like they deserved an additional Thankyou!

Bank of America customer service has become terrible. I'm looking for a different bank after 30 plus years with BOA. The ATM lobby area of this bank has smelles bad for years now they put after hours locks on the doors which doesn't make me feel anymore comfortable. Their phone automation, mobile app are bad and the phone representatives, managers and policies are worse.

The youngest in this bank is so rude. He just disrespected me in front of everyone. Because of my race and my accent. The merchant widow was not showing and this guy came and cut the ligne while I was waiting trying to explain the lady Polen the youngest came with this attitude is never see. And this is the second time the same guy cut the ligne and I asked the employee. I suggest the manager to watch the camera a talk to the employees about first come first serve we all are busy and please treat people with respect.

The employees in this bank are so rude especially the new young guy. I have never seen any employee who works at bank branch has such attitude like this guy. I have a suggestion for him. Please slow it down, it would help a lot in customer's view.

Gigi forgot about my Husband’s Card . We never received it after almost 3 weeks went to a different BOFA to find out Card was never ordered . Has been a disaster ever since.

Bank of America reimbursed me ov iner $1000. 00 after two years notification. Chase left me starving for three weeks when I declared disputable charges in the amount of few thousands dollars. Because of this they closed my account. There is an investigation but my money are not in the bank so I could have it. Chase took advantage of a disabled person like I am.

The manager is absolutely rude and has no clue of customer service. She is just happy that she is a manager but in reality she can’t do anything that manager suppose to do for their customers. Don’t come to this branch.

Always a long line and only 1 or 2 tellers. Closed down drive through and merchant teller window. B of A doesn't care about customer service or happiness, only their bottom line.

ALWAYS at least 6 people in line with only one cashier. The wait is unbearable. They really need to improve on their service or maybe I’ll just find a new bank.
