They start being like Bank of America Long wait & no respect Time to move over chase bank. They use to be super quick & respectful. They no business friendly anymore No line I wait 25 minutes no one helped me and I left.

Ridiculously long wait times in drive thru & inside branch. Always have issues at this location!! Waited over 20min. for 1 car in drive thru, very unreal wait times for a drive thru. Rude customer service, they don’t even apologize for the long delays. When asked to speak to a manager, no manager available.

Worst customer service. No place to sit. Only one register is working and the rest are just sitting on their booth looking at their computers pretending like they don't see a line of 5 people " standing"

It was Friday December 11, 2020 when I went to make a deposit for my company. I have been at this US Bank location in the past and have had issues but this takes the cake. It was 4:47 pm and mind you this location closes at 5pm! I was waiting in line behind a vehicle to make my deposit. It took the bank clerk 12 mins to help the customer in line. The clerk saw me there when I pulled up behind the other car at 4:48. It almost seemed intentional that she took her time to help the customer past 5. As it hit past 5pm and I drove up she closed the curtain on me and didn’t even help me. I went to the front of the bank and got off. They refused to even listen to me but finally after me being persistent they allowed me to make my deposit. The people were not apologetic at all about the situation . I just wonder how US Banks in Safeway locations present better customer service skills then this location. How and Why would you treat any of your customers like this!? Awful service!

I’ve been coming to this bank for a while now. Today I was made to show another form of ID to cash my check and they even had to get a manager signature I know they did it because of the way I was dress.

Made an appointment online to speak to a banker and got an email the day before of which banker my appointment was with. The appointment stated that it would be over the phone but what I needed done I know would have required me to come in. I called the bank before my appointment and explained to them my situation and found out that the person I was originally supposed to have my appointment with was not there that day. Mind you I called a few minutes before my “phone” appointment. If I didn’t call I wouldn’t have gotten a call from the bank or from someone else to take the spot of my original banker whom I was supposed to have an appointment with. The only reason I am giving this place one star is because of the lady at the counter and Cody were able to assist me with a very important matter. Thank you to them. The appointment scheduling obviously needs to be fixed though.

Time is money, and they will waste both of these at this branch for you. When closing my account the correct amount of funds were not withheld, and as a result the bank saw fit to penalize me for this, and spent over half a year bouncing me from department to department. In this time it wasn't possible to get an account with another bank because all they see through check systems is that you owe another bank money. Of course my credit score is affected by this, and the bank sees no penalty whatsoever for their absolute incompetence. On top of this both the manager and assistant manager had the audacity to act as if I was some great imposition upon them. Avoid these laggards and take your business to any other bank or credit union, you could not possibly do worse.

Refuses to open lobby for customers, IF the drive through is open, you will have to wait for the line wrapped around the building. They clearly aren't interested in serving their customers. Several people I know are already pulling their money from this faulty bank.

They are very friendly and espectful Well, if a customer spends 15 minutes at there must be reasonable reason. It might be it's rush hour, serving a disabled customer, or some customers are doing multiple things with the teller. Please let's be a bit patient, serving people is one of the difficult jobs. Worst bank ever , they returned a check because supposedly my name was not on it …my name is clearly on my check. I closed my account because they did not want to remove 2 fees that were added because of the check that was returned when I went into the branch and tried cashing my check they denied to cash it and now I’m stuck with a copy of my check I can’t cash anywhere.
