Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S 227th St, Des Moines

Very bad customer service. The teller at the window raised his voice at me then was unwilling to tell me my balance. The are under staffed one teller with a long line.

My usual branch was closed so I had to drive to the Des Moines location. Beckie was walking around helping people in line that had simpler tasks that might not have needed a teller. It really sped things up. I appreciate her helping to speed things along to reduce wait time. Amazing service!

Worst customer service i ever received. Tellers won't even greet you or pay attention to you even though there are no customers in the branch. I was sitting in the branch for more than 20 minutes without anyone come over despite having no other customers in there. They just want to chit chat with one another. Thanks God i moved my business elsewhere!

They refused to help me and told me to go to Key Bank even though I'm a customer of theirs and not Key

Peak times 130pm, and only one teller open. 10 people in line. Waited 22-25 minutes, my entire lunch break to make a simple withdrawal.

I would give no stars if possible I go to BOA all the time for my cash advance withdraws and the this place is the only one to deny me. That's fine but when you're rude about it after all I said was I would go to the next facility this place will never see my business so glad I don't bank with them.

Tried to deposit a large check into my account and was told because it was so large they had to get a manager approval. All a lie to get me in front of "Cody" to try and invest in their Merrill Lynch plan. I played along but told him I wasn't going to leave the money in B of A for long and he asked me " where did the money come from" and what was I going to do with it" I told him it was none of his business and he tried to claim he had to verify funds "from another bank, can't be done" another lie. Upon his final claim he needed to verify something I stood up and said " WERE DONE" and grabbed all my stuff and left. Put it into another credit union.

Like most bank of america branches around the sea tac, renton, kent areas. The service is sloooooooow. 3rd time going on a drive thru and took me 30 min behind one car. First 2 times wherent much better.

The staff here are great. I've never had an issue dealing with them. They're friendly and greet every customer that walks in.

If there less than “1 Star” I would Give it to them, bad experience from the first visit starts from the manager goes down to the teller, they been rude dry and unfriendly, I STRONGLY DON’T RECOMMEND them to any one like to take care of his MONEY.
