    Garbage experience, waited in the confusing line set up as other customers complained about other customers due to the layout of the store, and reasons that those other customers had no control of, rather it was the banks fault, but customers were putting down other customers. Bank opened around 2-3 minutes late even though a line was wrapped around the building outside to get in. Once up to the counter to be helped, no help was received. The worker was an older woman, who had no people skills. The first words out of her mouth were in a wildly disrespectful tone, and was declining and deflecting what we had been telling her, even though we had informed her it was what the Bank of America app had told us to visit the bank, and she was refusing that she could help, and that we would just have to deal with our issue elsewhere. Whether she could have helped our issue or not, this woman was rude and acted in a complete inappropriate manner. From one bank employee’s eyes, I believe this worker may be damaging reputation, as I am no longer returning to this bank, even though it was my first visit, and the woman’s attitude and the complete lack of help from Bank of America in general, it has been the straw breaking the camels back, and I cannot deal with the issues this bank seems to have. I advise looking into the workers at this bank, and I advise reforming your workplace for en environment your customers and clients would actually enjoy returning to!

    I appreciate so much Allen (totally amazing) who works on the Saturday (5/14) banker go above and beyond to help me arrange appt for wire transferring to payoff my mortgage loan. As we all know, each day the mortgages loan interest can be very expansive. Since all the bank of American are short staffing, I was running between guide meridian branch, bellingham as well as holly st, bellingham on Friday (5/13) and there is no one to help me. This costs ~$500 more to pays off my mortgage on the same day (5/13) vs 5/16(Monday).

    Drove 45 min to get to this bank because there's no Bank of America where I live just a dam ATM. I need to cash a 3rd party check and it's a legitimate check I've done it before at another location"smokey point" I give them 5 stars and should of went there the first place just another 30 min away. I've been with this bank over 20yrs and this bank in Burlington can't even do there job to take the time to help. It's an older lady can't remember her name but you have poor customer service skills, you should just leave so you don't screw anybody else. Thanks for helping me out Burlington BofA

    Never have a problem, tellers are nice! Very clean place & in a great area in the heart of Burlington. Just wish they had a drive thru window for those who can’t go in due to having children with them or for the elderly. But overall I give it a 5 star!

    Not only has BOA closed all but two branches in our area and eliminated their drive through services, they are now not accepting Postal Service Money Orders via mobile deposit, and have a 9 day hold period on ATM deposits of Postal Service Money Orders WHICH ARE THE SAME AS CASH ESSENTIALLY, and federally guaranteed. They are now physically closing at 4pm and have a limitation on how many people can be in the building at a time... I understand limitations due to Covid, BUT with that in mind, you would think they’d stay open until their normal time or even later, to cater to the needs of their customers since volume is severely limited. I have received sub-par service time and again from this institution. We used to hold corporate accounts with them and switched banks due to lack of attentive service. I moved my personal account as well, for the same reason. The only account left there is my husband’s and we will be moving that account as well. If you want to collect interest on my accounts and investments while holdIng my checks for 24 plus hours, not be open to address legitimate concerns, close 4 of the 6 branches in the county, eliminate drive up teller service, not accept Postal Money Orders in the same manner as a check via ATM or mobile deposit (since they’re actually MORE SECURE than a personal check) YOU HAVE LOST OUR BUSINESS PERMANENTLY. If I could give your establishment negative stars I most definitely would.

    I give the Bank of America's one star for not providing drive thru service during the shut down like other banks do. Call their number and there is no one to answer questions only directions to websites you don't care about. Not everyone has a computer. Peoples and Wells Fargo drive thrus are open every weekday and you get a person when you call. They are obeying the social distancing but still offer good service.

    I wish i could rate 0 star. New teller is So rude! I will closed my business account here. Is that make sense when business check just allowed to Cash out $2500 per day???? Im totally understand if it's personal account but this is Business. And I showed CHECK. Come on! This wasnt my first time there. I will go with other better bank.

    This bank has got to be the worst one in the branch! 1 person working it took literally almost an hour to cash a check!!! I was the second person in line too! They need to fire the idiot working and hire like 10 people to assist everyone. Beyond ridiculous and I will definitely be changing banks to one that actually has employees!!!!

    If I could give this branch at this Burlington location a zero star, I would! I went this morning at 9:10 am to process my cash deposit. There was an error with the ATM card and it shut down before giving me an summary and a confirmation of deposit. I was extremely worried that my money would be gone or stolen by this BOA ATM. I knock on the window, indicating that there is an error with the ATM. There people there are a joke, they wouldn't even open the door and talk to me through the window. I get it, they are not open but there is an error with the ATM machine! They should have at least talk to me like a human being. The older lady with white hair (probably a manager) talked to me through the window like a filthy thing (I am Asian), and told me that they can't do anything about it, to call the 1800 number and that to get off their property or they will call the cops! Okay, so your ATM took my money and you want to call the cops! Thank you lady! I usually go to the Mt Vernon BOA branch, much more personable customer services and they treat you like a human being! So from this experience, I will never go to the Burlington BOA branch!
