Update: Todays visit was much better than last time. As soon as I came in I was greeted by that bank teller that I saw yesterday. I was greeted by Sherin, the Relationship Banker, immediately too and she took care of my wire transfer very easily. She even waived the fee for me, since I was getting different information from customer service and the other bank relationship manager I saw yesterday. We also chatted very comfortable and easily while she took care of my banking needs. I felt very valued today and will be coming back again. As soon as I came in I got ignored and passed over because of how short and young I look. Even though I have been waiting here for over 5 minutes none of the bank representatives have looked over at me or acknowledged me. The one banker that is here even gave me attitude when I asked her. Apparantly she assumed something about me by my appearance but as soon as the other banker, Camilo - who was the only one who acknowledged my presence there, told her I was a preferred member her attitude totally changed towards me. It shouldn't matter if you are a preferred member or not, each customer should be treated equally and properly.

I can not believe I am giving 5 stars to BoA! I have had so many bad experiences with other branches. Johns Creek branch changed my view after years of being unhappy but forced to stay with BoA because of old accounts. This branch is exceptional! I almost think may be they are not BoA !!!! Today I called customer service they were of no help and no interest to help like a robot. Then I thought of calling Johns Creek branch Which was close to my work and Karen and some other associate had helped me once before. I remembered Karen was so nice and helpful she had told me you have a friend here! So I called them today and they went above and beyond! What an amazing service. She took the information and called back and gave me options for my problem! She said Tamara has offered to come to my car and take care of me if I do not want to come inside due to covis-19! That is customer service . Thank you!

If I could give less stars, I would. Walked in with three Tellers behind the counter, and two customers in front of me at the counter as well. One of the three Tellers broke off from behind the counter as I walked up and BEGAN TO SWEEP the front room that was spotless. Once the second of the third Tellers was finished with her customer, she broke off from the counter and walk away. Don't know where. During this time, the last Teller was dealing with a lengthy ordeal with another customer(not mad at this Teller, or the customer). Also during this time, THREE MANAGER WERE TALKING WITHIN EYE SIGHT. I stared at them. Got nothing. NOTHING. Once the sweeper Teller got finished sweeping, she began to work on a station within the lobby. YOU WERE SWEEPING AROUND THREE PEOPLE WHO WERE WAITING FOR OVER TEN MINUTES!! Then a fourth customer, including me, walked in, with ONE TELLER DOING HER JOB AS FAST AS SHE COULD, I walked out and looked at the 'lobby work station Teller' and said "there's a line people!!" Walked out as she said "sorry." Really?! Not a "hold on, sir. . ." etc, etc. NOTHING. I typically don't write reviews. I typically try and maintain some sort of perspective for workers, their lives, and their days. But this is too much. Too far. No care for other peoples time and money. AND THIS IS A BANK. Closing all accounts - business, personal, all loans, etc. Can't wait to move that much money to another bank. Can't wait to look at a branch manager and explain this story as I walk away.

In need of cash today, so I visited with BoA checks to be cashed, was treated almost like a homeless in a boutique shop in Lenox. Teller keep asking why I visited her bank instead of a bank I'm using, then she made some sort of mistake and calling her manager to overwrite, the manager showed up 15 minutes later and started investigating why I wrote "Cash" instead of my name 3 times very rudely and took all the time she need, I begged her to hurry up because I have to pick up my kids then she asking to take checks back and leave. So horrible to receive treatment like that. These people are NOTHING but money hogs with "Take it or lose it" attitude. I want to share this experience so the people know the fact this branch manager and teller of BANK OF AMERICA take withdrawal of your money very offensively.

I had to stop by Jones Bridge recently and I am so glad I did. I have had some bad experiences at some branches but not Jones Bridge. Karen and staff went way over and beyond in helping me and my banking needs. Because of this, I am moving my full relationship over,

They close early and if you want to do anything like a wire expect to wait twice as long as any other branch.

My experience here was okay, although very pushy tellers on wanting you to open a credit card with them.

Absolutely terrible service. Long wait lines. They are closing the drive up service. Bank of America will not have my business very much longer.
