It has been a pleasure working with the Ping Mortgage Company. Our experience with Ping Mortgage started about 15 years ago when Ping helped us get the loan for our primary residential property. Last year, when we started to explore the possibility of investment, of course, we went back to Ping Mortgage for our financial needs. With the help of Yale, we were able to get the mortgages for our rental properties, despite all the roadblocks. Yale, Ping, and Hong were always ready to answer my questions and provide guidance during the process. That helped tremendously considering how stressful it was when taking out a loan. I would definitely recommend the Ping Mortgage Company.

I have used ping mortgage for both my primary home and rental property. It is one of the best mortgage brokers in the area in my opinion. They listen to customer's need and work hard to provide the best solution to customer. I have referred many of my friends to ping mortgage for their mortgage application.

We have done business with Yale & Ping for the past 10 years. The couple is really technology savvy. You can do eSign from start to end. They have a feature to float down your rate should the rate drops before closing. They did once for me --- but rates are gearing up now and I doubt people can really take advantage of that. As far as customer service goes, their cell phone numbers are on their website. I am happy with them.

Just relocated to Georgia early this year and received very professional service from Mr.Xiao , we moved in the dream house eventually , so I would like to recommend the ping mortgage to all of my friends , whom are buying either a new home or investment property .

My mortgage was done in two weeks, true story, which helped me move along all my schedules so fast and effectively. The rate is better than others and their service is very professional.

Very Unprofessional, just 2 days before my closing date, they said i can not get approved for Loan coz my Debt ratio is higher. They should have found this within 2-3 days when i locked loan with these guys and sent all the papers. Its unethical and should not happen to anyone else I do not want anyone else go thru same pain as i faced.

Need to double check you numbers as they only give you basic information. The purpose behind that is to add charges in later. Day one everything is perfect to get you in and then till the date of closing, English or communication is a problem then you are hooked into agreeing to all the terms & conditions. Do not recommend, do not get fooled by the low up front fees, it will all come back to you, very unprofessional and I am considering the option will be filing a complaint with the Fair Business Practices about this business
