    First time I used this bank and considering switching to Bank of America after working with Brenda here! She helped my significant other and I notarize some things and made the entire process a breeze for us. Before our appointment, she walked around greeting all of the bank's customers, asking how they were, what brought them in-- to make sure they were waiting in the correct line. Was truly a great experience for myself and my significant other. Thank you Brenda!

    The tellers are all very nice, in fact most are wonderful considering how poorly run this bank is. The bank is one of the largest banks in the city and they have not nearly enough employees! Why? Pay them more, recruit more, BoA has plenty of money.... quit driving customers away

    Worst and Unprofessional business, did a transaction back in November 12,2021 they messes up the amount and them I ask them to cancel it right away. I even talk to the manager Audra because she was the only one who can get to the system and cancel it, so she told me to leave and that she will call me if she needs any information. I live in NC but I travel to Syracuse because I have a small remodeling company there. Unfortunately she did not cancel the transaction at the moment I ask her to do it. I decide to show up at her office and ask her why the MONEY WAS NIT ON MY ACCOUNT YET, that’s when she told me that “you may never get the money back” which I answered why it was your fault not my, I ask you to cancel it right after I notice you guys messed up with the amount. SHE DID NOT DO HER JOB RIGHT AND THAT IS NOT MY FAULT ITS BANK OF AMERICA FAULT to have people like her that doesn’t do their work. I left her office she gave me a cancel transaction number and till now February 23rd I HAVE NOT received any call from her and she is not answering my calls or emails.

    As a local small business owner you think you come to your bank and get some things done. Although at first it seems like they were trying to help I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for someone to come and help me with my situation. What I experience today here was nothing more than the circus, Bank of America should step up their game, I will be banking somewhere else!

    This is unbelievable the wait I’m line was crazy and it was a Monday. There was 6 people on line and I had to wait 30 minutes to cash my check. Omg how slow are the tellers.

    This bank is a joke! The tellers are pleasant. The branch manager Meghan is phony and not helpful. Banking system in this country is a fowl industry.

    Absolutely terrible institution, brought a check to cash from the same company last month and had no issue, brought one in today and was told they can't cash it because their "guidelines have changed, but if I opened an account with them they wouldn't have an issue cashing it" scam artist at its finest!!!!! They do not care about people they do business with!!!!! All they want are people to open accounts!!!!!!!!! Reasons why I don't deal with banks
