Quick to answer when contacted, helpful and thorough, knowledgeable. When I contacted them I was presented with options I did not even think of. Applying for a loan was easy. It was very clear, fairly simple, relatively quick, and I had an answer right away. As always I would like to have lower rates, wouldn't we all, but my credit had a large impact in that. Overall I would say my rate is fair and in line with my expectations. The website tools are easy to use and understand especially the calculator. I have used the online resource several times and never had an issue. Ended up selecting a loan I was happy with. The nicest feature is that they even show you loan offers from other lenders, so you have a huge variety of offers, rates and terms to choose from.
