I'll admit, it's been a while since I was here. I've both pawned and sold here when I needed emergency cash for living expenses. I've had no problems with the personnel. I'm planning on going back soon to sell a few more items... hopefully!

As RECENT prior management of FirstCash for over 7 years, I am highly disappointed in this store. We were redirected to this store from another. Upon walking up 10 minutes prior to them closing. The claimed "only certified" employee (most likely the Assistant) was wearing a white and black tee and was already locking the door. He stated that they were done taking firearms for the day. When we had asked why, his reason was due to him being the only one certified. When we told him we came from another store and that it wasn't even 5 yet. all he could tell us was to come back tomorrow and shrugged his shoulders. When we questioned him why he was locking the door prior to 5, he said nothing. Seriously? This is ridiculous and does not measure up to any of the training standards from Corporate.

Mexicano bad acne needs be fired . She no people skills . Rude trying close early. Guess now find another store . This was my fav .They only care about getting home customers are last . Change the staff except for nice white girl .

The best sales associate named Jen helped me. SHE WAS AWESOME! Fast n n I was in and out in no time. McDowell Rd location.

So my brother and I bought JBL 5 speakers from this place but they weren't working properly. So we tried to return it the next day but this lady named Jennifer wouldn't take it back, because we didn't have a warranty but this other lady that sold it to us didn't say anything about warranty. Jennifer said she will only take it back if she gives us half of what we paid. This dude named Daniel was there the day of us buying but downplayed when we were returning it. My point is.. this place is a scam and the cashiers are rude and mean, so please don't buy stuff from here.

A really great pawn shop until you’re down and out and have to hold your items into the fourth month. On that fourth month they will charge you more interest than the other three months combined and they will screw you over big-time While they get to keep your lifetime accumulation of jewelry. (Or whatever YOU pawn) No ifs , Ands or buts just a plain old screw over!!!

Staff was very rude, got annoyed when I asked for help then was insulting . When I got the item home it did not work! They refused to take it back. I don't recommend this place .

Good selection, good prices. I got an NES classic here!!!

Today was my first interaction with this place. I don’t recommend. I called in advance to ask a few questions and the female representative was rude af. Horrible phone service, I decided to give them another shot a few hours later, I got a male representative, once again awful phone service. I can’t imagine walking into this place and the “service” I would receive then. I called the location on 24st and Thomas and they were very helpful.

All in all, this place has great products. However, the staff treats you like garbage. I called them to ask them a question and they replied with a rude attitude and low standards. I know it's a pawn shop, so customer service flies out the window, I get it. But having a big company like super pawn, we all should be treated with respect, and great customer service.
