I've been buying an Audi from Brian since 2005 and have ALWAYS gotten the ultimate treatment throughout the buying experience, and the VERY best in service when the car required it. I usually bought an A6, but this time I switched it up and got a Q5, based on a lot of information Brian provided me during my pre-sale investigation phase. Brian followed me completely through the pre-purchase/pre-lease phase each and every time, gave me any and all information I needed prior to making my purchase/lease decision, and made certain that I felt "educated" enough to be able to use most of the features in each automobile before I drove the car off of the lot. I have to say that with each experience at Audi North Scottsdale with Brian, I've come away knowing I've made not only the right decision, but the best one for me too. This 2018 Audi Q5 is my most favorite car I have ever driven. Kudos to Brian and Audi North Scottsdale. I also should give a shoutout to Bill Vanzanten too. I chose to lease this vehicle, and Bill led me through that, thoroughly explaining the entire leasing experience to me, making certain I knew my options, and was educated on the results of my decisions. I recently purchased an Audi S4 from Brian McCauley, at North Scottsdale Audi. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It didn't even feel like I was "buying a car" - there was no sales pressure whatsoever. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the car; he anwsered all my questions with more details than I would have thought were possible. I was also very impressed with the entire operation. So much so that I will take the S4 back there for all its service, even though it will be quite a hike, as I live in Tempe. North Scottsdale Audi deserves my hightest recommendation.

My wife and I are in our early 30s and looking for a new luxury SUV. After seeing the Q8 at the Autoshow, we were excited to take a closer look at a dealer. We visited multiple dealers in North Scottsdale and Audi was the last stop. While we received a hello from the receptionist, that was it. We spent a few minutes looking at the Q8 in the showroom and no one else came up to us. Having great experiences at Schumacher European, BMW North Scottsdale and Porsche North Scottsdale, we didn't get the warm reception at Audi North Scottsdale we received elsewhere. Not getting any service and really liking the other SUV's, we promptly left. We won't be back.
