This is our 3rd Acura lease from Acura North Scottsdale. All 3 experiences have been great. Our sales associate Mike Schwarz was very helpful and made the experience very positive! We had two vehicles in mind, Mike explained the features of both, had us test drive both and helped us to determine the vehicle that would be the best suited for our needs. After the decision was made, we worked with Terres Martori in the finance department and she was a true pleasure to work with . She has a real passion for her job and people, it was obvious with the great care she had for my sister and I. Thank you to Mike and Terres for a fantastic experience!

The Acura North Scottsdale service department is one of the best due to the outstanding quality and especially the customer service. We have worked with Doug Peng for many years and he is the main reason we keep coming back rather than going to another Acura dealer that is much closer to us. Acura in Scottsdale is the best. I live in Peoria but made the drive out to Scottsdale to buy my car and have it serviced. Everyone is customer oriented and helpful. Love doing business with them.

Initially I had left five stars because I had a great experience. Since then, they had lost my registration and gave me an in accurate license plate. Purchased my car in December 2016 and now it is May 2017 and my registration is due. They did not give me an option to do a full year registration and now I have to pay to register my vehicle which is unexpected expenses for me. Very upset with how this was handled. If you purchase a car here make sure you ensure your registration and plates are accurate. Bridget Goddard

I purchased a used vehicle from Acura of Scottsdale in late April. There was a couple of issues with the vehicle and I was told Acura of Scottsdale would pay to take care of it on a WE OWE plan. I had the repair completed (vehicle was not an Acura) and sent the bill to them with NO reply. I have left Voicemails and Emails and have heard Nothing, just ignored. Very disappointing so be Very cautious when dealing with Acura of Scottsdale!

We're currently leasing a 2014 Acura ILX and recently learned there is a recall on the airbag. The car is not fit to be driven and the parts to replace the airbags will not be available for a few months so we have opted for alternative transportation. Our original experience to resolve the issue was not a good experience. We weren't getting our calls returned and once my husband did go in for an appointment he was not given a car that was not of equal value. Doug contacted us to rectify the situation and got us into a SUV. It's still not a luxury vehicle but we understand Doug has done everything in his power to make things right. My husband did go in to talk to the sales department to see if we can get out of our current lease to get into a MDX but we need to go through corporate in order to not be penalized. If all goes well than we'll be returning to get the MDX. Thank you Doug for reaching out and trying to resolve the situation.

Excellent experience negotiating the deal on the used vehicle and satisfied with trade allowance. Treated courteously with respect and hospitality. Ray Ryan led me through the steps and I was in the Acura and on the road in a couple of hours.

Brad Burnham just happen to answer when I called and asked for a salesman, and I soon learned how fortunate I really was for that lucky draw. I told him my story about how my Q7 had been totaled in a head-on collision, but saved my life. I am still recovering from some leg injuries and not yet driving, but he showed us the new and used options, crunched numbers right in front of me, and we came up with the best option possible. . . even if he had to go to corporate to get the exact car that we test drove and loves - he got it done!! Im so thankful that the communication was frequent, the paper work was painless, and the overall process went very smoothly. I plan to have my new Q7 services at this dealership, and will continue to buy from Brad at North Scottsdale as long as I can - Audi Owner 4 Life!!!

Acura has the best service. Matt William's is wonderful. He always remembers me and goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend Acura North Scottsdale!
