My husband and I met with Alex a couple of times we liked his professionalism. We gave a deposit for a living trust package and we were supposed to receive a phone appointment from the office with Jennifer to verify information prior to final paperwork. I spoke with her in between appointments as she had missed one appointment and I called her to see why she hadn't kept that appointment. She said it was an oversight so we set an additional appointment. She then missed that one as well and gave a number of additional excuses... it seems that on the front end they're quite responsive but once they have your business you can't get a hold of them any longer... this has become a concern for us for any future updates or business with them. We're getting our deposit back!

Working with the entire team at the corporate office has been a great experience for the last 4+ years. The employees and team culture is great and everyone is focused on providing the absolute best customer service for all clients. The offices are great, working conditions are above average and the leadership is exceptional.

My elderly parents recently invested their entire retirement with Family Tree Estate Planning. Two weeks later my parents get an email from Jason Wooten that Family Tree Estate Planning placed all of my parents money with EquiAlt which got frozen by the government as a Ponzi scheme. I called the office to get a general explanation so I could help my parents. My parents called me telling me they have been sick all weekend. The receptionist was nice, and found someone for me to talk to. However, after several holds, that person was now on a phone call with a different client and could no longer take my phone call. I explained (a little heated) that I thought it was unprofessional that they would have someone available to take my call, only to get back on the phone and tell me that the person was no longer available. The receptionist disagreed and said it was not unprofessional. I am now sitting here waiting for a call back. Edit after business reply: If you would have taken time to read my review you would have noted that I called on behalf of my Elderly parents. I finally got a call back, but my experience with the person that answers your phone, and now the way you replied to my review solidifies my decision to give you a one star review. Also, the fact that you are trying to discredit my review instead of being transparent about the situation should be a red flag to any potential investor.

I’ve been working on the Family Tree Planning account through a contractor for the last year and they are exceptional with customer service, every time I've had a question they have always been there willing to help in any way possible, you can see their true dedication to their customers & colleagues, an exceptional and highly qualified team; Highly recommend.

I needed a trust fund set up for my 3 children. Family Tree was very professional, courteous and understood what I needed and actually helped me make very important decisions once I explained the family's needs and situations. I'm not sure if you could do any better than Family Tree; I don't think so. They really do care about you as a person.
