    Wasn't allowed to cash out my work check. The same work check that I've been getting for almost a year now. Was told that maybe other branches did it because they knew me, but this one wouldn't because apparently they don't know me. Apparently they can't just go in and check to see that all the other checks cleared. I'll make sure to close my accounts with this bank and go somewhere else because they "don't know me" or value me as a customer.

    I have multiple accounts at Arvest. I usually do everything at the Conway branch, which has the best customer service. This branch has the worst customer service! I had a bad experience with them last fall and swore I would never go back in there but I was back in Hot Springs last week and wanted to make a deposit. There was only one drive through open and after waiting on the truck in front of me send the tube back and forth a few times I drove around and walked in the lobby. There were three tellers and some other people in the surrounding offices. I was the only customer and I was told nicely that it would be a moment. One person was waiting on the drive through and everyone else was “busy” but not busy waiting on customers. I waited a few minutes but was in a hurry. I’m not sure what they were doing but people walking in to conduct banking business (what you do in a bank) should be a priority. If you have poor customer service and you lose customers, you lose business.

    We went here to refinance the wife's brand new vehicle. They hard hit the credit score, came back with an offer that was, in their words, good for 30 days. Had problems getting ahold of them after that. It was very hard to get a call back and when we did, they always had to check with someone else and get back. Then when my wife went to sign the paperwork, they changed the offer on their contract. We had paid off a previous 2 year personal loan with them in 6 months also. We will never do any financing with this horrible business again. And I with advise everyone to avoid this place also. Here is an update: After this post, I got a call from arvest. They said that they would get ahold of the people that ok the loans and get this straightened out. Well after a couple days, they still catfished on their original offer and stayed with the offer that no one in their right mind would take. This place knows nothing about standing by your word. We still have a small account there, but use another bank for our main business. I will never take out a loan with these untrustworthy people. I also wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

    We worked with Raquel Martin, the home loan officer and she was great. Answered all our questions in such a timely manner and was very considerate that this was our first home loan. I highly recommend her to anyone looking into purchasing a home!

    I did a refinance with them. They were ill-informed and lied throughout the process. I paid 4X the amount promised up front. I also have two other mortgages serviced by them and they can't even manage the escrow accounts for those loans.

    I went in the lobby and asked if one of the tellers could talk with my mother on the phone so she could authorize me to withdraw some money from her acct and the female that I was talking to was rude and was like we don't do things like that here unless if you are on the acct. I told her that my mom has never had any problems beforehand authorizing over the phone for me to draw money from her acct. If i was on the acct, I wouldn't have to have any to authorize for me to take money out of it. Never will I go to the branch on the corner of central and higdon ferry road. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if that snobby snooty female lost her job either.

    Kisa was amazing, she did a great job making us feel valued and welcomed to the bank. She was also fantastic in regards to matching us to the best products to fit our needs.My only issue with Arvest is that they are closed on the weekends and most branches close about the time i get off which the employees cant change. I went to Central and Higdon Ferry location to set up our accounts

    Wow, I didn't realized the reviews were bad for this bank. I don't feel bad for being another. We opened an account 2 weeks ago and with that we were suppose to get debit cards. Told us it would be 5-7 days. 2 weeks later still no debit cards. This is what I get for not doing enough research.

    I asked for a foreign currency exchange. The young man didn't know what he was doing looked at another teller. They agreed to have me call the number on my credit card!!! That didn't work. If the tellers don't know why don't they send you upward to someone who might know. Arvest used to be a small helpful bank now a large inept bank. Where is the caring small bank attitude?

    This bank is on top of things! Great Customer service with sincere greetings and goodbyes. They are great with remembering names too! They are by far the best bank I've had an account with.
