    I've done 2 auto loans through them...best rates by far. (like 1% better than pen/navy even usaa) Easy to work with and very responsive.

    The tellers are not friendly, if someone hates their job why not find another job…. So upset they made me wait for so long and apparently my name was not on the waiting list when a teller ask me I’ll put your name down and so apparently she did but didn’t ugh I hate wasting my time.

    Worst location the, ATM doesn't work most of the time and without notice swallow your card and goes out of service.

    I have been coming to this bank for years. I really love the customer service they have and how the employees are always very helpful and welcoming. This is one of the most busiest branches but they truly do an amazing job. Daniel and Jason always make my experience quick and easy! I sometimes come here for myself or for my job and they are always very attentive. Sara also always gets the job done. I really enjoy this bank and recommend it to all my family and friends!

    Came In for an auto loan. The lady that helped us typed the wrong social security number In the system. Then she told us another name Is popping us. That got us really worried. We even repeated the correct SSN. She said that’s what she typed. Then she said she has to see the SSN card to proceed. We had to drive home and bring it back. Then she told us she messed up and mistyped the number. We wasted more than an hour for nothing but inconvenience. And we had to come back and sign up all over again to see somebody. Then she asks us about the type of car we’re looking for AFTER opening our accounts. Turns out, even it’s a newer car, they’ve a hard limit of 106k miles on the car. The car had 106. We decided to not proceed with the process even though I didn’t have to buy that car. Capital one pre approved me in 5 minutes on the phone website. Now heading over to the dealership to pick up my car. NEVER AGAIN!

    If I could give this place a zero rating I WOULD. I had only been with this banking institution for two years, because they were a credit union and relocating from Alabama that was all I had for the five years that I resided there. Since being with Apple I’ve had two breaches within my account where Apple approved one transaction for $990 and $1755 for the other. Neither time did they call to verify these big transactions instead the were posted to the account and from there sent on a whirlwind to have them resolved. My current situation is not being able to receive a check from back office because they’re constantly giving me the run around pertaining to the matter. I’ve sent proof of what needs to be done to fix the error and nothing, for TWO WEEKS, has come out of it. Instead for me to speak to the department myself I am working with the middle man, the customer service representative, and still the same BS has transpired. I asked for my accounts to be cancelled and I was told to fill out a form... DO NOT USE THIS BANK! I am so over this place.. I am so sick of this lies and lack of communication.

    I think I agree with different customers in several aspects. I feel very disappointed for they haven't shown any efforts in making happy after one year with them. I brought my wife to open her own account. The assistant was so unkind that she didn't care waiting in line for more than 45 minutes to make us wait in her office (just in front of her) just to keep us waiting for 10 more minutes with no words! Then, when she decided to talk to us, and wishing that opening the account was a fact, she said that it was not possible because my wife didn't have a proof of residence with her. So... let us take that our waiting in line to the trash! It's like they don't care a bit their customers and they don't care marketing and customer service. We went straight to open my wife's account with Bank of America, and even in BB&T and in Capital One (where we had gone before) they do know how businesses work! That's real customer service... plus... they do know how to deal with cultural diversity! That's smart! Treatment is a very sensitive issue, but AFCU doesn't have that in their priorities! Shame on them!

    I can never deposit money into their atm. It never works and there isn't any remote atm's in a 10 mile radius. Horrible service inside as well. I have been trying to refinance my car for a year. Instead of helping me reach my goal they ruin my credit report with inquiries. I will soon close my account with this pathetic business and go elsewhere.
