The tellers are not that friendly and they look at you like you shouldn't be there and I feel as if they really don't want to know their customers I go rt much and it's seems to me as if I'm the new person every time when you are seeing the same tellers every time you go.

Wanted to withdraw money from my bank account and was told that they do not have enought money?!(~10k) So, I was send to their branch in Springfield.

I have been a capital one account holder since 2002! Have never asked them for nothing, today I go in this specific location to ask for a temporary check just one and they said they couldn’t give me one that I would have to order check if I wanted any!! I had to withdraw all my money and take it to navy federal where they gave me 5 temporary checks no questions asked. Also they guy helping me was very unempathetic and seemed to really not care.

They’re more focused on telling you what they cannot do (using their own terminology like you’re an employee) than just telling you what options you have. Example: Tried to deposit foreign currency. Was told repeatedly they don’t do anything “over the counter” like I know what that means. After me asking specifically if they don’t take it, I was given the option to send it off for deposit. Why not just tell me my option up front instead of forcing the customer to pull it out of you? Edited to add: I withdrew $20 from my account in quarters and they needed the last 4 of my social to do this? With my ID and full account number. Absolutely unnecessary and the explanation was “there are multiple people with your name” well - how many of them use this account #? One.

Couldn't have been a better experience. I'm an introvert. I loathe going out to run errands. This took practically no time at all. I was greeted with a smile at the door and given a rundown of the services, locations, how the apps work, just everything. Mayra anticipated my needs from what I said was important to me and well informed me. She even made sure I logged in and was fully set up before leaving and what my next steps needed to be and what to expect in the next few days. And still, the whole experience took maybe 20 min. So efficient. I'm glad I chose here.

I can’t say enough about this branch. It’s state of the art, clean, inviting and the staff are attentive and courteous. The coffee machine is an added bonus and welcome treat. I hate that Capital One is closing so many branches but am grateful this one is available and thriving.

Wait time is atrocious. I went in to open an account and stood in line behind three others. Got to teller and "checked in" and was told there are two others.already working with the staff who can help me. Waited again. Three other customers also come in to check in and wait. Last one to check in gets called first. I left.

All of the people that works there are very disrespectful and very rude. This wouldn’t even be a one star. This branch either need to close down or hire new people that wants a job and care about the customers. I asked for my statements from oct of last year insisted they were rude and said they can’t and then didn’t even show me my statements and wanted to charge be $5 per statements and I needed 8 months of statements. I am very very unhappy. Then the lady and guy want to sit there and laugh and not even help. They need to go.
