One of my good friends referred me to Andrea. I was having a hard time getting a loan because I’m self-employed. And I thought I was going to have to have a cosigner. I had spoken to a couple lenders prior to talking to Andrea and they all said that they couldn’t get me qualified. Andrea was so great she said I could do a bank statement loan instead of a traditional 2 yr tax return loan. I gave her all the pertinent information and she quickly got me qualified. Then when I found a home The rates went up she found the best rate she could possibly get me! I had such a great experience working with Andrea. She definitely went beyond the call of duty. Also, there were times that we were talking at 9 o’clock at night and many weekends. She was always there to answer any questions that I had and actually has become a friend.
