Amscot - The Money Superstore W Gandy Blvd, Tampa

The great place to put things in order like bills paychecks and anything else that you can not do on a late time of the Banks are not open and you need money in the next hour it Amscot is great get you to do that you have not Expected.

Went in to pay one of my bills. One of the employees couldn’t do his job properly. The money was miss placed or stolen due to his lack of responsibility and professionalism. I do not recommend anyone to go to amscot for any kind of business!!

Come here alot for money orders but after getting cut in line by some pretty woman the manager helped out knowing i was before her and then still getting ignored after he helped her.. I'll go to walmart from now and pay 88 cents. A word of advice male manager..work on your customer service skills because they suck. You just lost a customer!!

Just as I thought, a ton of horrible reviews from other customers. The woman who works overnight is just plain RUDE. I have to deal with her nasty attitude because I work late and trust me there's like 9 other Amscots closer to me, but they love to close early. I hate rude people like ew if you hate being here then leave, duh. I have nothing to do with your personal life.

I got a money order from them but ended up not needing it. So I decided to cash it there. There will be a 3$ fee even though it says online that its 1.5% of the money! They then told me that I owe them from 2018 (which I know) then proceeded to tell me I need to do etc to pay them back. All that and I still couldn't get the money. They are too aggressive. Will never use this location

This amscot is the worst location you can visit. No help from the workers at all. I need to send some money for my that was having legas issues and needed to be done right awaya she had one hour to pay it . The lady told me she was going to ask instead of asking she was looking at the other womanand listeing to what they were saying unbelievable when i told her i only had an hour. Then she comes after 15 minutes and i tell her thats fine i can do it under my name and ahe said no since im aware that the payment is not yours i cant process it with no intentions of helping me at all . Really horrible treatment and horrible people you have working there .

This is by far the worst amscot in history. The person was rude and ill informed. Called my company and asked stupid questions like how long in business and are you the CEO. Crazy and will never come back here

Wish I could give no stars.....sanrita was very rude and disrespectful....I have been dealing with amscot for a long time and this is by far THE WORST amscot I've ever been in....I have NEVER been treated or talked to like that. I am a nurse and know how to treat people.

This store assumed I was getting a money order for someone else. They would not give me a money order after wasting 25 minutes of my time suposidly updating my file. This store and service are terrible. Don't go here.

Horrible wait time. People after me left before me. Needs improvement in customer service.
