Ariel does all her research and not only knows everything about the house you're selling but also all the homes in your area and what they sold for and how long they were on the market, square footage, any home improvements... she researches everything so when you're ready to sign your contract with her she can get the best price and answer all your questions. If she doesn't know the answer straight away believe me when I say she will get the answer a.s.a.p and get back with you before the end of your day. Ariel is amazing and really one of the most genuine person I've met in a long time. When I'm ready to purchase again I will 100% call Ariel and have her help me with the process. I was in contact with one of their agents last night. I was interested in viewing a home for rent, and my colleagues and I are in a bit of a time crunch due to our lease expiring at the end of the month. We made an appointment at 9:00 am.
