Just took a cold call from these guys. I asked to be placed on the do not call list. The guy on the phone said “are you afraid to save some money or just shy?” Found that to be rather rude and unprofessional for requesting to be placed on the DNC.

My experience with Troy has been excellent. I am a 23 year licensed Realtor, and I have had a LOT of experience working with lenders. We, as Realtors, rely on a lender to be communicative, problem-solving, timely with the paperwork and to close our clients' loans on time and as smoothly as possible. At times it becomes necessary for a lender to help a buyer work through some credit issues and kinks and Troy did this for the buyer on my listing this month. We are going to close on time because of all the extra effort and time he put in to get things done so that my seller could pack up the moving truck and get on the road to Omaha to their new house and new life. Thank you, Troy, your effort and skills were greatly appreciated! Amy Jo Gray, Realty One Group, The Sibbach Team

Worst buying experience of my life. At first everything seemed to be going smoothly but then after a few weeks it became near impossible to get ahold of our loan officer. Richard, Alison, and Mike were all three "working" on our files and still two months after our initial closing day we are yet to close. I would advise anyone even entertaining the idea of using this company to turn and run the other way and pray the never get strung along the way I have!!

My contact at Alliance was Ryan Steckelberg, and he is awesome. He has excellent communications skills and this makes the loan process really easy. I had made some specific special requests at the start of my loan process that I knew would be difficult. Ryan pulled out all the stops to try to meet my specific needs. There were lots of bumps on the road in this particular home purchase, but Ryan and his team were the most reliable part of the process which alleviated the stress of home buying. I would do business with Ryan again in a heartbeat, and I would gladly refer my friends and family.

It took six months to get the refinance done. Had multiple people from the same office asking for the same paperwork twice. They didn't communicate with each other caused alot of unnecessary stress. Also advisor went on vacation and no one took over the process which actually held up the closing for another 30days because when he came back from vacation he didn't check on the loan just assumed it was handled. This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend alliance to anyone.

These guys are complete incompetent so-called professionals. My parents have been proactively sending the necessary paperwork that Vanessa is always asking for when she should have it already. Whenever they successfully sent out the paperwork, Vanessa never called for updates or to let them know what would be the next step. My father constantly gave them calls and they would never hear from the company. The uncaring and disinterested behavior that she has displayed towards my parents is a complete shame to represent this company. Alas, my parents have decided to cut the cord with her. Alliance home loans and Vanessa don’t even try hard enough to at least pretend to care about their customers. Vanessa is a joke. Give me a break!

I've read the reviews before me and I can say with confidence that my experience was much different. I was a first time homebuyer using a VA loan with no money down. For those of you who don't know, it is really difficult to purchase a home using the VA benefits that service members have. Between my realestate agent and this company (Ryan Coday specifically) I was able to close on my home in about a month. With almost all paperwork completed electronically, the process was smooth and streamlined. I even got a sub-4% fixed interest rate. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

This lender is a joke. I sent them 6 deal which 3 fell out due to their incompetence. The other 3 deals got funding elsewhere. One of the 3 deals closed on time but the client who was well qualified was so upset due to the ignorance of this company that he regretted ever buying his home. The other two are extremely upset as well. Alliance had them resend the same docs two or three time, kept asking for more docs 1 day before closing, had us extend closing up to 5x's and we are suppose to close the last deal this morning and title just informed me they still do not have the CD. This company is a joke and will not last long with these results.

Alliance quickly and competently answered all of our questions regarding the feasibility of refinancing our home. Our loan officer and the support staff were always patient in answering our plethora of questions. I have and would continue to recommend Alliance Home Loans to my friends and family. Several have already used their services and have been 100% satisfied.

Waste of your time . My income was good and my credit score was boarderline . But the guy Eric Preston didn't even try to do anything . I have a very successful plumbing business and my " Ability to pay " may be in question , what ?! I guess I should just give up next time my customer say she don't think the leak can be fixed . These fools wasted my time and are just looking for the easy loan , anything you might have to put any effort into is just a no go with these guys . Mr Preston just wanted to give up after a few minutes talking to him , he says he's a loan officer but in reality he's a loan application engineer that only specializes in perfect people and perfect credit . These guys super fly suck !
