Service with a surcharge (not a smile). Needed a certified bank check today, thus requiring a visit to the teller window. I've got several different business accounts at BofA; combined the account balances are several multiples greater than the minimum required for BofA's "Preferred rewards". The teller explained though that the $15 fee for certified check could not be waived because the account I was drawing from in particular did not meet the account balance criteria for "Preferred Rewards". The teller window is perpetually understaffed at BofA but somebody has got to pay for the "suits" to stand around doing nothing at this location, am I right?

Unprofessional, very rude employees. We have three accounts with B of A and the Desert Ridge location is the only branch with horrible customer service. I think it’s time for a revamp and learn from other B of A branches how to run a branch smoothly.

Hard pressed to find any Bank of America that has the proper staffing for tellers. And then after you wait in line for 30mins, the teller proceeds to be rude and sarcastic. The older female teller with blonde hair wearing lots of bracelets, made multiple rude comments about how I prepared my cash deposit. My cash was organized and I had a deposit slip ready however I “inconveniently folded the bills incorrectly” apparently causing this teller to have to “press her finger down on the bills in the machine”. I’m beginning to think it’s a better option to stand at the atm and deposit my cash that way. Save yourself some payroll BofA, let that lady greet at wal-mart and improve your atm systems. Thank you.

I have banked at this Desert Ridge B of A Branch for 15 years for my business banking needs and Sananda Saha always provides me with the very best customer service! I make bank deposits several times weekly and she is always very friendly and efficient, with a smile on her face and kind words to say. She is awesome, great job Sananda and B of A for hiring friendly people like her to provide awesome customer service to their customers! Definitely a regular 5 Star experience! Keep up the great work!

Horrible. My first time banking with them and it was bad. They canceled my account without notice and couldn't give me a valid response onto why. The lady was rude and said I cannot open an account with them ever.

This bank is rude and needs better customer service. I parked in front of the bank at 4:50 p.m. today and unloaded my 11 month old daughter from the car, (mind you it's 110 degrees out that's why I parked right in front)walked through the UNLOCKED doors at 4:55, only to be told by a man that they were "closing." I was confused because the doors were unlocked and it was not 5, and there were two other people in line...I went in to even open a new account and had to open one for my new baby for her birthday. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service at this bank, for no consideration of my long travels to this bank in the sweltering heat and not even a tiny bit of empathy for lugging my baby with me in the heat. I will be going to a different bank now and will NOT recommend anyone to this bank!

I've had good experiences at this location in the past but last week was disappointing. I went in to get a new temporary debit card-- mine had just been stolen. Thieves had smashed my car window and stolen many of my important belongings. After standing in the heat for hours filing a police report and trying to get my children situated, I drove to the bank with my car still full of glass. I was exhausted by this time. I went into this bank to get my temporary debit card and I was helped with that, but they were also set on trying to sell me various credit cards and making appointments with investors, etc. I found this extremely tactless after I had just been through somewhat of a crisis. My brain was fried and I simply needed help getting things back in order after this emergency. It was bothersome to me that they would try to sell me something in this circumstance. It was NOT the time for that.

Tried calling the branch with a detailed question about my account. The automated answering service is useless. If all agents are busy, you must press 1 to go back to the main menu and go through all the options again. Over and over. Instead of putting your call in the que to be answered by the next available person, THEY DISCONNECT YOU!!! What kind of service is this!!!!!!!
D
I went into the Branch with a complicated problem and everyone involved bent over backwards to help me.
Hi David, We're happy to hear that your recent financial center experience was seamless. Thank you for the review and choosing Bank of America. ^sam

11 customers in line at 345pm -and 1 teller while 3 personal bankers stand around instead of jumping behind the counter to assist the one poor teller guy
