    The African American lady that works the drive thru is usually the only person there. Knowing the drive thru is used more right now it should be fully staffed. She handles it but it takes time to make sure every deposit and check is cash correctly. My longest wait was 30 minutes. She never stopped provided service for two lanes. She is doing a great job, alone most of the time!

    I totally regret opening an account with this bank. It’s not easily accessible to get to my funds. Wait times are between 45 minutes-1 hour in the drive through line. They are severely understaffed which results in ridiculous amounts of waiting to make transactions. Their lobby hours are limited and not convenient for people who have to work all day. You also have to schedule a time to come into the bank (when it’s open) and the wait time for an appointment is at least a week. If you have important business to tend to, this banks infrastructure won’t allow you to be efficient.

    This location should be closed or changed to all their employees including the manager. They do not have good customer service only with the same African American race, I do not recommend any Latino go to that location it is preferable to go to another because they do not treat Latino customers well these employees including the manager making faces. also take too long to serve customers between 20 to 45 minutes per customer that is ridiculous. I do not recommend going to that location, it is terrible.

    Wait times for the drive thru is a joke. We will be waiting AT LEAST30mins to get thru the line with all three lanes open. By far the worst branch I have had to deal with. The customer service with allegacy in my opinion has went down hill the past few years. I would not recommend them to anyone.. I will never bank with this bank again. I would give zero stars if it let me

    This location is will take a while to get through any line whether inside or out. The folks there are not very professional either. Should stop by another location or use another bank...

    Appauled by the lack a Customer Service at this location. As a former Banker, Ive been shocked by the lack of knowledge and customer service at this location. Training and coaching of associates is needed. Also, apparently staffing is an ongoing issue. One person on the 3 lane drive-thru and one teller inside. WOW. I was told it may be an hour to meet with a banker. I'm Hopefully things will improve.☹️

    This is the slowest Bank I’ve ever had to deal with. The customer service is no good either. We just opened an account with them and still haven’t received our cards and it’s been a month! Considering taking our money and service to another bank. The rep did apologize.

    As a members credit union the level of customer service at this location is not the same as the others. Caroline clearly needs training in customer service, she was not able to finish my banking needs and was requesting information that the other branches never needed. I will not be back at this location and will consider closing my accounts.

    Visit today was to have a car title transferred & notarized. Arrived around 1pm & even though there was a person in front of us, the notary called us into her office only about 5 minutes after arrival. The notary Belinda, was pleasant, thorough and very efficient. She was even nice enough to print and notarize an additional sales document that is for more personal records. I usually bank at a different branch due to proximity & location, however I will definitely return to this one on Sides Branch Rd. FYI- The Allegacy building is in the same parking lot as Lowe's, Hardee's, Chik-fil-a and more.

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced. All of the staff were rude and instead of a friendly greeting I was asked by the manager, "What do you want?" Further more they couldn't even make a simple transfer from one bank to another because the other bank won't have anything to do with them. If they are just as rude to them as they were to me then I don't blame them. I will not be going back here ever again!
