Johnny my guy a cool fellow. I called gave; make model, pick up and drop off locations he gave good price and a 30 minute pick up time he showed up 10 minutes early with flatbed before I was even ready for him😳😁. A1 service square business ✊🤘🙌 Very Much Appreciated.

Kind of laughing at the bad reviews. Seems odd anyone would want to positively rate a company that towed their car. Such is life. At any rate, these guys helped get me out of a Cleveland Clinic parking garage (on level 4!) at a reasonable rate. The other tow companies being dispatched by my roadside assistance were charging me extortionate rates trying to capitalize on my misfortune. The employee Scott was upbeat and even helped push (not easy) my car to a point it could be connected. The Director of Parking Services is the one I believe offered the referral to your company, so thanks to him as well. I don't want to have to use these folks again obviously, but I absolutely would. Thanks again.
