I had a great experience when I went into Advance America and did my loan application with Elena Ruiz. Elena was so helpful and courteous about applying there. I really appreciated the way she broke down how things worked, and how to avoid complications in a matter of time. I felt so welcome doing business with Elena. I recommend highly good workers such as Elena who’s welling to show such a courtesy spirit and honesty when getting a loan, making sure it’s the right choice for you...5 stars

Where do I begin? FIRST and foremost Elena (Asst. Manager) was amazing throughout the whole process. To be honest I had went to a couple loan places before this but was unsuccessful in getting a loan. To my surprise Elena helped me throughout the whole process and had me leaving EXTREMELY happy. 5star customer service, so friendly and helpful. I will continue to spread the word.

Best customer service from Elena and Lupe. They did awesome job. Very helpful courteous and amazing customer service. Always will to help out customer. I don't care what speedy cash says...these ladies are the best. I would refer anyone who is looking for the BEST!!!

I have to say this was a great experience. Nothing like I was expecting. The process was simple an quick. The manager Elena assisted me an was very nice an helpful. I went in with low expectations on amount an was expecting a lot of requirements but that was not the case. Wish I had come here sooner. This company was so willing to loan me money the first go around and when it came time to pay back I did in full. I then ran into some car problems and needed to borrow 400.00 and I was denied. They loaned me more then that the first time. These companies pick and choose who they want to help.

When you find yourself in a situation where you have to resort to applying for a loan to make ends meet, I'm not sure about any of you, but it's hard times for me. But, we all have to do what it takes to survive. My point is, the customer service I received from Maria, changed my perspective from despair to just merely being content and appreciative. You don't find many people in customer who genuinely show excellent hospitality, and, even care. I am so blessed to have met Maria. Not only was my frown turned upside down but, because of her, I have been reminded that there are still people out there who really care about helping others.
