I came in for a money order. I can say I was acknowledge when I came in but the lady who did my money order had 0, and I mean 0 customer service etiquette. I come from Volusia County and since I've lived in JayVille I can say everywhere I go the customer service is horrid. Unfriendly, rude, bad manners, even at publix I had to say Hi to the Deli lady twice before she even said anything. I mean PUBLIX! There's no Hello or thank you or nothing. Let's just say bitter taste left in my mouth in this place. Unprofessional and poor Customer Service

I just had the best experience with Marisa at the baymeadows store. She was extremely professional and patient. I will be back to do business at this location.

I gave this rating only because one person was scheduled and one person can only handle so much. It should have been atleast two to three people there. The lady did the great considering she was the only one there.

There were 3 beautiful people working and training and each were very courteous!

This place is the worst. I would not recommend it at all. The manager is only concerned about taking ppl money and will not work with you. I lost a lot during Hurricane Irma and was unable to pay the loan off completely. They put me on a payment plan only run the check every week and left me to pay fees with the bank. When asked why did he run the check when they promised me they wouldn’t he said when we see you have the funds we take it.

Marisa helped me today with figuring out about getting a loan and she was very professional and patient. I am older so that was very re assuring and I will be back!

I have received great customer service from the manager and staff at this location every time I needed assistance. I will continue to do business here mainly because of this reason and will spread the word.

I must say Mrs. Latisha Bailem is for sure the BEST in her business , I Can't find the words to show my appreciation towards her.
