I have been banking here for only a couple of months and am very pleased with the attention to detail, the knowledge of the entire staff and most of all the superior customer service. Rhimou Aljalanyi is very professional, helpful, and extremely friendly representative here. Just like everyone else here. I recommend everyone to come to this branch. Great bank but no Saturday service anymore 🤨
Happy, Thank you for the 4 star rating, we apologize for the inconvenience; however, like all businesses in America, we too are struggling to keep our associates healthy with the surge in COVID cases. Due to the increased number of COVID cases and the labor shortage across our Nation, we decided to temporarily close on Saturdays to manage through this. I opened an account about 6 months ago every time I go to the bank they recognize me and call me by name, they r always efficient and professional while being personable at the same time, I luv this bank! They take good care of their customers and offer everything the big banks offer but their there to help u succeed and work hard at it....
